Well it won't be dead but it sure won't make much sense mining it. By tomorrow ZEC mining should no longer be as profitable as mining ETH/ETC

Hey may want to mine zclassic intead of zcash (hence zcl instead of zec). But that should require -allcoins 1 or -nofee 1 to work
Edit: seems like -allcoins 1 is not avaible in this miner, thus you can't mine zcash derivates with it
no prob on suprnova, both zec and zcl, and allpools option is working (what is "allcoins" option btw ?) .. It's what's needed with Claymore's eth miner to mine EXP or ETC (related to devfee)

Two instances of miner in same time solve the issue for 2x Nano and 3xR9 290 in ver 5.0 But i got this on one... server: bind failed with error: 10048 (port is busy, use different -mport value), next attempt in 10sec... Maybe i need unique workers name for that one ? No guys it not helping me. Too much GPU incorrect data when bot are mining. When close one the second back to normal. Add -mport 0 to one of your bats. if you need monitoring putting any port other than 3333 will solve that issue BR

Well it won't be dead but it sure won't make much sense mining it. By tomorrow ZEC mining should no longer be as profitable as mining ETH/ETC Except for when all this hr dumps back to eth etc. it too will take a plunge. All in all both coins will be tight on profitability after this.

The BIG problem with zcash right now, is that it's not working...What I mean is without the Z adresses actually usable, the coin is worthless.
That is so true. If the developer can get it to work then the price will go up again. It's amazing, they get 20% of our fee and they sit around with their thumb up their ass. GET TO WORK you lazy devs..

I have a lot of errors "socket send failed 1054" (and sometimes 1038 also). I have this problem since 4.0 and now with 5.0 it still exist. I have this problem only on this machine the other 2 rigs are fine. I have tried with win 10 and 8.1 but nothing changed. Rig spec: Asrock H81 pro btc (with latest bios), 4GB RAM, 64 gb ssd, 2x470, 290 4gb and 380 3gb. If i start eth miner the problem still exist (ethermine.org). Any ideas? http://prikachi.com/images/245/8957245m.jpg

I have 5 rx 480 8 gb Sapphire and i get this error after 30 seconds of mining Any idea to fix this problem? Thanks! Your addres is missing or Something wrong with the addres check it in flypool they said only support with T try to create new bat file and try it again. Try this. Zec.coinmine.pl:7007. I'm not at my pc but that addy looks wrong Hey may want to mine zclassic intead of zcash (hence zcl instead of zec). I've got some strange behavior of the miner while tested v5.0. Miner detected all my cards but used only first one. Does anybody have same problem? On v3.1 all works fine with the same setup.

Anyone got problem with 280x doing 0 h/s in 5.0? Works just fine with 4.0. I have updated drivers from 15.7.1 to latest crimson 16.11.3 - same thing. This is a mixed with nvidia rig with 280x being the only AMD card present: ZEC: Stratum - Connected (equihash.eu.nicehash.com:3357) ZEC: Authorized Pool sets new share target: 0x01e1e1e1 (diff: 136H) ZEC: Share accepted!
GPU #0: Tahiti, 3072 MB available, 32 compute units ZEC - Total Speed: 0.000 H/s, Total Shares: 0, Rejected: 0, Time: 00:00 ZEC: GPU0 0.000 H/s Pool switches: ZEC - 0 Current ZEC pool share target: 0x01e1e1e1 (diff: 136H) GPU0 t=47C fan=49% Reward is at 5.14 now, will get up to 10.0 - expect twice the price drop.

Thats why I have written `This is a mixed with nvidia rig with 280x being the only AMD card present:` There are no other AMD cards there, this is the only claymore ZEC miner running. Anyway I have tried it to run with " -di 0 -mport 0", but still nothing

Should bounce from here. Very low risk/High Reward trade. Thank you, bro. I've lost 20% today After seing his post I went to see the definiton of the bull flag: It's the other way round when the waves are going up, whille the zec waves aregoing down => It should continue falling (probably very fast from here, confidence is gone after support on 130 was lost but I'm not an analyst, just my opinion) Adaseb is famous for not knowing how to interpret numbers. I remember his screenshot claiming he got something like 8000 Sol/s on his old bone of GPU with some early Genoil miner in the early days after the launch. Therefore good luck with his trading advice.
