No, don't even think about trying it. Will not work. Exchanges need a both a base address and a transaction address (ID address). Download the wallet and create these for mining purposes. Use this while the deamon catches up which will take a long time as it's over 1 GB block train. Send ALL transactions from pools to your local wallet and then transfer to exchange. If anyone is super stuck I can generate a wallet address for you to get started mining on XMR or QCN. I'll transfer this info to you so you can take possession of coins but you should then generate a new wallet address as soon as you have caught up on the block chain. Let me know if I can assist any of you. It's not hard (but different) then any other alt coins. Carlo PS I'm as trustworthy as I claim. But kicking aside let me know if I can help any of you out getting started with CryptoNight. It's different for sure but not hard.

But it can take a long time to sync up with the block chain. I also figure if I offer to help, I've got enough "credentials" around here for people to know I'm not a scammer and really only offering to help and i'm not going to steal a few XMR worth of coins. But yea, in truth there are only a few people on this forum I would trust with any large amount of coins if truth be told. Chris, Bombadil, djm34, cryptomines, zelante, dma etc. (I'm sure there are a few more) Carlo

Carlo, its working pretty good for me under windows 7 x64.. I just don't run it on one card so I can work on the machine.
Does anyone have a better launch config for the 750ti than the default? Posted from Bitcointa.lk - #qmrbx2dA8fCw1Zpi

Tsiv should get the bounty for open source nvidia CN gpuminer. If u want to know how viable it is to mine with gpu rather than cpu, then I provide raw stats below. rephrase: Pls don't say tsiv does not deserve bounty because his miner is not more profitable than cpu mining, that is weak excuse and an obvious ploy to avoid paying bounty. rig1: 7x gtx750ti on asrock z87 fatality killer, 8gb ram, g3220cpu, w7 x64 - 1450h/s at 350w bronze psu (powered ribbontype risers) rig2: 6x gtx750ti on asrock h81 btc pro, 8gb ram, g3220cpu, w7 x64 - 1340h/s at 300w bronze psu (usb type risers) atm, Tsiv's CN miner is more cpu intensive than, say, the x11 or x13 counterparts. this is normal and expected because it is a 1st/2nd generation release, and u can expect better performance to come. i use teamviewer so lagging desktop is not a problem for me, but Tsiv has warned about this so expect to have unuseable desktop if u use ur display gpu for mining cheers and i wish u all, especially Tsiv, a pleasant day I want to avoid cross posting so instead I quote above the message that I posted in the bounty forum Tsiv, brilliant work. Respect CBuchner, ChrisH, Bombadil & Tsiv, thank you very much for giving small miners like myself a chance in cryptoland Cheers!

CCMiner w/Cryptonight: I think the error with the windows drivers might be that one of the pointer addresses is either undeclared or unallocated. It definetly crashes because of a memory access error in the Nvidia driver dll's.
How did you find this out? Which operating system were you running? What nVidia driver version were you running? It went into DEBUG/DASSY and took a look. I am running Win 7, 64Bit, with drivers: GTX: 3288, and Quadro/Tesla: 3311 The K40 is running ok...not fast..at about 200H/s with -l 6x250 here is the image for the crash/debug: http://s18.postimg.org/nwv7wytah/CCMiner_Crypto_Night_Busted.jpg

Or maybe I just need to update drivers...trying that now.

So, I think we can officially say windows 8 isn't supported ^^" It isn't really a mining OS though, best results are even under Linux. But yeah, it should be fixed if possible But I had a bad time too to get my 760 working, I tried restarting the miner, resetting in device manager, taking off any OC, rebooting... After some random tries, it suddenly started working. But I don't think Kepler is even worth it for Cryptonight, being almost half of the 750TI's rate, brrr. I pointed it back to X11, leaving my 2 750TI's to do the monero dance
