Getting ~226sol/s with sapphire hd7970 ghz (1150/1525), peaks at 235sol/s, modded bios and claymore's v8 (-i 6)

With V8 everything is a mess. I had to revert most of the Gigabyte 7950 7970 GPUs back to stock because I kept getting incorrect shares or the speeds kept dropping. The ASUS 7970 and 280x seem fine but not much faster then stock bios it seems.
I think for now just stick with stock bios.

The toxic keeps crashing at stock but flashing an asus bios seems to work but at lower settings. hashing at 200 atm. Can someone with 280x toxic post his modded bios. thanks.

My most stable cards are the ASUS 7970 and ASUS 280x.
7970 = 1100/1575 = 220 H/s
280x = 1060/1600 = 220 H/s
Both use the modded bios above, however in the Claymore forum people are getting the same speeds at stock bios.

170h/s on a reference 290? I'm seeing 200 at 1030/1250 -100mv with the stock bios, if I go to 1100/1475 it just eats power for an extra 10h/s.
Reference 290 can hash at 230 h/s @ 1100/1450 with Stilt BIOS mods. More with Hynix mem Even more with 290X. With V8 and the 390X bios i'm now at 280-290h/s. Haven't checked watts yet. |
