If you believe it isn't a scam, you can double your money with an escrowed bet on Fairlay:
https://old.fairlay.com/market/bitconnect-coin-below-5-on-may-1-2018-2/

I'm betting Bitcoin Connect coin falls below $5 (95% drop!) and am offering 50/50 odds.

I don't think you'll get any takers at that price. They all believe it is real and therefore can double their money in less than 3 months with Bitconnect. I would have shorted this ponzicoin by now if I could as well. Maybe if you offer them a ~1000% return (and ~10% for you), someone may take a gamble. Then again, it wouldn't be an accurate prediction market at that point.

I concur. U$4+ is a tad steep for most folks here. If it were me, I would've made the bet a buck tree fiddy.

I would like to make a bet but that website will likely to close than predicting Bitconnectcoin will fall $5 because until now there's no big fudster that can bring the price back we need thousands of people screaming scam here before that happen and bitconnectcoin is getting new investors daily just check facebook all my newsfeed are all about payment about Bitconnectcoin.

This is only my opinion I think the development team  of Bitconnectcoin are confident that they do not need this thread anymore they are not dropping a line here and they are not locking this thread even if thousands of people are posting this is a shit coin, they have a good marketing because if they have 1000 investors then  majority of those 1000 will promote their link in their own little way.
So you can post anything here everyday for a year and they don't and won't care.

dudes who were calling bitconnect scam 5 months ago, are all tire now

maybe they back at their day job

First thought this was BitcoinCash. From the business model it offers from the website, it's obvious that this is a pyramid scheme.

I guess same but until now I've heard good words over the website. If you to invest in a lending program bitconnect is far far the best and safest. It's just that they have a lending feature that is way too similar to a ponzi, that's why I would never suggest anyone to use BCC.

You are right. Seems like people make a good use of crypto to initiate this kind of pyramid scheme. Well-crafted material for easy money. Plus the BCC ticker is so confusing that i thought this was the BitcoinCash thread.

If it is it can take decades before it collapses. As Soros said, as long as the music is on you should be dancing. I'm in to give it a try.

I've missed some of these messages but you must remember when I mentioned how good a model bitconnect was and how much in profit they have been. There are now 3 others that I know of (2 in ICO stage) with RegalCoin the one that has recently started. I only put a couple of hundred bucks in regalcoin ICO (less than 300 of their tokens). One thing that I was impressed with is how stable the value of their coin is after an initial jump to over $20 it has stabilised as you can see here: https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/regalcoin/ (this is similar to the stability of BCC against BTC)

It seems like similar people are behind RegalCoin (although the website again isn't great) but one thing I noticed which may be a negative or positive is the much lower staking interest RegalCoin has. BCC has 8% per month currently, but regalcoin only has a few percent a year from what I remember. This means they don't need to sustain as much growth to increase their coin value, but also means they can't use staking to pay affiliates etc. but their coin value should increase faster.

Anyway, like I said, I managed to put a couple of hundred in the ICO and was surprised that within 24 hours the coin went from sub-$1 to $20 and settled very stably at over $12 at the moment (so I profited many thousands of dollars but people who risked more money have became very rich already almost overnight). They don't even have an internal exchange currently and are just on a low volume external exchange which had to update its systems to cope with the massive volume of trades. Millions of dollars are traded daily and their market cap is far lower than bitconnects billions so have a lot of growth potential and may take some of the market away from bitconnect (they only lock in lends for 99 days, which was something I suggest bitconnect do too as it doesn't affect their profitability but may impact the sell pressure of their coin).

There are now two more that have come almost at the same time which again will attract investors. Some of these may not be based in the same geographical areas and may be scams but if they all go 10x initially and become very stable in price, then I don't see a downside to investing and just taking the profits. At the moment bitconnect is the only proven one with massive profits (so not a Ponzi) with the billion dollar market cap to match.

Just checking in. The more this "pays out" the more people are going to invest and lose when the ponzi collapses. And the more people who are going to jail.
