Hi Kov,
I am using the faucet since yesterday. After the completion, I am redirected to a white page telling me "sent XXXX Tokes to addr yyyyy" wich I guess is correct.
But, there is no link to get back nor anything else, so I have to used "previous" button on my browser.
Secondly, I haven't received any Tokes. My guess is, there is a treshold to reach but no indication of it nor the current accumulated amount I got.
Is the faucet on "testing only" or incomplete or do I have a problem with my browser?
Hey Walletor, this is indeed a beta version of the Tokes Faucet. Functionality is all in place, but we could probably use some improvements on UX design. We've had several people provide feedback on the confirmation page, so we will work on cleaning that up a bit. If you're sending them to a Bittrex account, there is a minimum of 1TKS balance prior to being credited. If you're sending to a Waves lite client then the balance should appear almost immediately. Hi Kov, Indeed the addr was a Bittrex one... I tried with my wallet addr and it's working smoothly. Actualy, I was monitoring my wallet while completing the faucet and guess what? The money way credited in my wallet almmost instantly!  Very nice! The changes that have been made on the page already give a better experience but, may I sugest to reduce a bit the size of the image on the top. The height is too big to see the all faucet on a 16:10 1920x1200px monitor. I only get access to address blank and always have to scroll down to get acces to the faucet itself.  this seems unnecessary, but while I participated buying 51 TKS -- I never really knew where to retrieve them. So, I bought one TKS at Bittrex last month in case I ever discover how to get at my small ICO buy. I'd like to see more of a marijuana party -- not just a bunch of grumpy money grubs. Pot's supposed to be fun, but you'd hardly know it. Wonder what Sessions will do to wreck things further.

Has anyone got a summary of why Tokes is better then the likes of Potcoin or Hempcoin... these coins have been around for a while. What are you guys doing which will give your project better success then the others?

We've discussed this fairly exhaustively throughout the thread, but a few points: - Team skillset and execution strategy
- Industry relationships
- Education and Adoption strategy
- Revenue generating tangible business segments, with profits dedicated to growth of the technology stack
- Asset pegging and anonymity features

First tranche of tokes were released yesterday! Check your waves wallets to verify you've received the correct amount, or log into the ICO portal to add a waves address if you haven't done so already. We're around in slack if you have any questions.

This is already more than one week passed, and no signs of payment , what happens ? So typical... Personality change of dev teams after ICO. I'm sorry you feel that way. We've actually been quite proactive and diligent with our distribution, with multiple tranches already going out. I'd argue that we've had one of the fastest and most responsive ICO distributions of all tokens out there. Well, at least you're "still" here.  teams gotta be kidding. if they don't want to distribute the tokens of the bounty hunters then tell them so they won't expect anything every week because after all, whatever you decide is what it is. they can't do anything about it like what is happening right now. a good and quick response is must be here for going in right direction. |

Just came across this project and looks really interesting. Quick question: Total supply will be 50M... How many coins are being mined per day?... Also over how long until there will be 50M tokens in total.

Hi jking - I saw you also joined our slack, but I'll provide a brief response here for you as well. Since we are an asset generated on the waves blockchain, we created all 50M units in genesis and made them available for sale during our ICO period. WAVES and all WAVES assets (such as TOKES), do not subscribe to a POW mining process. You can operate a full node for waves and process transactions in a POS capacity, or you can lease your WAVES out to registered full nodes under their LPOS system. Miners today are rewarded with transaction fees in blocks, as well as with MRT (miners reward token), which was created by the waves team to incentivize full node mining. MRT will also provide an incentive to miners to process fees paid in various sub-assets, like TOKES, instead of just with WAVES fees attached. That way a person would only need to carry one asset in their wallet, should that be their preference, instead of needing to own WAVES just to make transactions in an asset like ours. Roadmap looks very impressive and those goals are really achievable and realistic. Tokes generally is used to sit at around 45k to 50 k satoshi on Bittrex and now is little less which will not be much time. At start I though price will come down to fill my buy orders but limited circulating supply no one ready to sell cheaper anymore. I bought slowly slowly at current price range and will keep waiting for huge spike.

Ahh we need wait very long probably ...  yeah need more patience, tokes not yet added on exchange so no need to hurry Yes I know but is dev around to tell what's going on? haste makes waste and double minded person can not be a good achiever at all. |

Congratulations on finally getting the green check mark in the new version of the Waves lite client! Tokes is even more legit now. Thanks for setting up the faucet. It ended up being my gateway into Tokes. Now I've started buying a few and look to pick up more and more as time goes on. Keep up the great work! |
