I had that happen at Poloniex. They froze my account and I quickly activated 2FA and all has been well since. :-D

do not open suspicious links in mobile phone browsers, because you can catch viruses which can to intercept messages in the background.

I think the devs realized this and have updated their website speed.  Saw this in the chat about 3 hours ago. Website know seems to be working pretty well.

At the moment i'm experiencing the same speed issue that tortellino does. Yesterday the site was slow, but today i can't even login. Maybe this could be an issue connected to location, as i'm from Italy and i think tortellino is from Italy too.

I hope they are working on this, cause without loggin in i can't even open a support ticket.

Yes, that's great news. I'm impatiently waiting for addcoin and exchange to be released. I want to submit an addcoin request, and support told me to wait until the addcoin function will be released.

Let's wait and see.
