No problem.  I was pretty impressed.  I sent the payment just as the ball was landing on the previous spin.  The bet appeared on the webpage without me having to refresh, and it was paid out (as a loser, but still) on the very next spin.

One question though...  how do you decide how much fee to include?  On the 22 satoshis you paid when I lost, I see a 0.000238 BTC fee, which is a weird number.  I think the minimum recommended fee is 0.0005 for any transaction which has an output smaller than 0.01 BTC, and your fee is about half that.  Seems like a weird amount to use:

We have our own tx calculator that estimates the network, the size of the transaction, etc etc. It's been working great so far so there is no need to be crunching up new numbers.

I just watched for 5 minutes.  Someone keeps betting 0.2 BTC over and over on red.  I think maybe you need to make it clearer that the max bet is 2 BTC, not 0.2 BTC.  I suspect he thinks 0.2 is the limit, and that he has to break his bets down to 0.2 pieces.

Also, what would you do if people bet 2 BTC over and over on a single spin on the same outcome?

Yes people don't seem to grasp that, the limit is collective, meaning 2BTC overall for a single game, not 2BTC per address, that would make no sense.

I still don't get it.  Are you saying that if somebody has bet 2 BTC on red then no more bets are allowed on anything for that game by anyone else?  What if they want to bet on black?

I hadn't thought about your $30 per-bet threshold, but it seems like it's ineffective if you allow 3 identical bets of $20 without confirmations, but insist on a confirmation for a single bet of $60.
