How to prevent a sockpuppet to claim he hasn't been paid?

I'm thinking Casinobit could provide us with a txid to the sockpuppets address, so he couldn't deny not getting paid.

Starting to think tmbp is Casinobit or one of its investors, and begging for a 10:1 bet so he can make some payments and use the bet to cover it.

Remember he said he was working on a "deal" to be able to pay investors back?  I reckon this is the deal.  Bet the investors that they will be paid back, then when he pays them back the investors lose their bet...

Tidy, eh?

Obvious sock puppet is obvious.

LOL. I didn't even expect anyone to bet against me, I know it's just a bunch of people that like to talk. I am sure Casinobit will pay out regardless.

Yes.  There's something special about casinobit isn't there.

All the other bitcoin gaming sites are obvious scams as pointed out in your very well researched thread.  Just-Dice for example doesn't publish a list of all its user's deposits and withdrawals for example, and allows players to use bots.  That's clearly indicative of a scam.

Whereas all casinobit did was take deposits from investors and not pay them back when asked to, without any explanation other than that the coins were "frozen".

I can see why you're so sure he's going to pay back.

I didn't know bitcoins can be frozen. Is it an authority that froze them? Or a bank?

No I think he took the "cold" wallet (either DVD or USB stick) and placed in into the kitchen refrigerator freezer, for safe keeping thinking nobody would look there for them.

The only person that matters commenting on this thread is CasinoBit, unfortunately, not doing much of it, what is happening is a lot of trolling, many of it, from people who have nothing to complain about!

The main trolls people commenting are people who've already made profit and admitted to that, the main troll guy is a kid which anyone can say has no sense of responsibility for is fellow bitcoiners, I know we are all nicknames, but I understand behind these nicknames are real people, when a flaw in the profit calculation formula was discovered the right thing to do would be alerting the webmaster to that flaw, all transactions should be suspended to assess the damage, this might have saved lots of money to admin, and even to investors.

Screaming "Withdraw all the coins" is a clear appeal to crash website bankroll, and it may have cost money to late investors in case admin cannot cover the damage.

This little stunt is clear disregard for fellow bitcoiners, not public service!

This was/is an act made, what I hope, by immaturity and not lack of decency.

I understand some people in here have their coins stuck in CasinoBit, I have advised a friend of mine to invest here, and his .5 BTC is stuck in there, and it was is last .5, I will have to pay him if admin doesn't pull this one.

I have no reason to believe admin will pay or not, my interaction with him since I'm part of this community was great, has far has I can tell he is a good guy.

But we never know who his behind the keyboard...

Nevertheless, he is still around, we can only hope that he will be able save his business...

He definitely seems like a stand up guy, he steals a bunch of money from investors/bettors then ignores everyone & occasionally pops his head in to say he's not a scammer. Makes sense why you think he's legit over other sites that actually pay investors/bettors. I mean any casino site that would pay an investor/bettor has to be a scam, it's the ones that don't pay that are the good ones. The more you post the more obvious you make it that your the same account.

...

I trust facts only, and the fact is he isnt paying, not replying to the "sensitive" questions, and he don't have money to pay anyone back.
And for me, I've stopped the ponzi scheme early enough such that there are less victims. If I PM him, he would just hide this issue up and one day the "bankroll" would be too big to pay anyone out. In this case, who are with a logical mindset and always alert have been the one out of this storm.
Again, I would like to emphasize that being an ostrich is not the way you solve problem. If I don't report the problem out to public, he is just gonna have the same resolution with an even bigger amount of default.

the right thing to do would be alerting the webmaster to that flaw

This has been done several days in advance, CasinoBit claimed there was no flaw, so then some people just started to suggest to withdraw everything with personal observations on what happened.

If you would've read both threads of this site you would've known that this investment = profit bug was reported to CasinoBit and posted publicly before.

EDIT: Thanks for posting the URL to that other thread of tmbp: the site advertised there is hosted on the exact same server CasinoBit used to be on.

inb4 "shared host" which 1. is not true and 2.: so first you say you have experience with DDoS 'n shit but then it is hosted on a shared host, and @CasinoBit, who is obviously not you @tmbp, why were/are you hosting that site on a shared webhost.

I can't understand WHY THE SITE IS STILL UP. I have still not been paid for winning bets totaling ~2.6 BTC.

Here's one that clearly should have paid, but still no "out" transaction, 4 days later:
https://www.casinobit.net/history.php?trans=cefbdeaf711b70e87d1eb6cd3971948bba4c0a80b5a17f618c290bbd3a578c1a

It's kind of like Russian roulette at this point. Sometimes it pays, sometimes it doesn't. Support has been aware of the other outstanding bets that have not paid for 10 days. Investors are still screwed.

If Casinobit is really trying to make good, why is the site still operating? I think I know the answer...

You have a major problem when there is enough evidence that the site is either

A. Not paying or B. Out-right scamming you

C: seriously bugged on both logical and codes.

Oh wait...
We have public/verifiable stats, there are little to no bugs and making the site clearer is low in priority atm.

So if there is no bug, it is A or B
