How do you plan to pay winnings if there is no bitcoins to back the site bankroll/investment?

Investment withdrawals should probably be frozen and resolved separately. Any winnings should be paid as soon as possible to continue operations. Does a code change need to happen to separate the site functions?

Do we have this joker's physical location? I thought I saw Israel. I have a balance of 43.5 BTC in my account and I say if possible, notify authorities in his country so they can go after him. After days and days of hearing please be patient, no answers to questions, and the occasional insult to investors and customers, I say let them go after him. If he is in fact in Israel I would think they would mind this kind on stuff going on. Also... I would imagine that he has prepaid his time for use of the video feed, but if the providing company was informed of his actions, and that fact that in the end might lead to negative feedback towards them as well, perhaps they could help. Just my thought. Tired of waiting on this douche.

I would guess the provider of the feed should know who he is, I checked out the site that provides the feed and they dont appear accept bitcoins so as long as this was paid with a credit card or check they should have some information on who he is or who's involved with him. |

A deal is being worked out Hey everyone, just wanted to give you an update, everything is still being worked on and we are thinking of introducing a live chat.
The claims of me being similar to pirate are absolutely bogus, why would I wait for the total to go from 60k to 30k in order to "rip-off" my players? Seems illogical.
In any case, thanks for your patience, compensation is also being discussed but I will not make any commitments in those regards as of now.
I don't care what's going on behind the scenes, I just wanna get my money out. Christ, just give us an ETA. |

I have discovered at least one reason for the non-payment of two of my bets: If multiple (bet) recipients are specified in the transaction, only the first one shows up as a bet on the screen and in the history. The second bet is completely ignored. It will also be missed by any automated script, as the bet is not in the history at all, only in the blockchain, which should be proof that these bets occurred and winnings are owed me.
There is at least one other unpaid bet to another user that I have no idea why it did not pay--it won, but no "out" transaction in the history.

Simple solution do legitimate business & you won't have these issues. It might not be as profitable but way less headaches. |

Only one that would have it is the company that is providing the live feed. Company's name is vuetec, I'm pretty sure they wouldn't want there firm to be associated with this scam. It shouldn't be to hard to get the info from them. At worst it may take an attorney to apply a little pressure.
