You have a major problem when there is enough evidence that the site is either

A. Not paying or B. Out-right scamming you

C: seriously bugged on both logical and codes.

Oh wait...
We have public/verifiable stats, there are little to no bugs and making the site clearer is low in priority atm.

So if there is no bug, it is A or B

There is still peoples playing because I can see that I've made like 4 more paper bitcoins during the week-end O.o

Also this: https://blockchain.info/address/1JyqZjhwoycF3pWTEAySSsmYVTPxAhEm6D

OP usually login everyday but did not since 2 days so maybe he's finally on the run.

Nope, waiting on the papers from my financial consultant.

All the daily death threats aren't helping guys, we are addressing the issue and moving forward as fast as we can.

Thank you for your patience & understanding!  Smiley

he is on-line right now as I type this. I really hope the guy can get his stuff together and do the right thing. he could have potentially made more money legitimately than just runaway with roughly 300 BTC, in my opinion that would be short sighted.

Also, could you make sure when the system gets back online that it won't go over bets won on 0s like it did before.

That landed on zero, but I never received my .55 along with my many others

Well, I have a couple problems with the response:

1. If some winning bets are not being paid for a week or more, why is the site still accepting them? That is a fantastic way to alienate and/or lose customers permanently.
2. The only reason i can think of for #1 is that you don't have the coins on the site to pay. If that is the case, why are you still accepting bets?

Betters expect to be paid immediately. I understand the issue with investments getting overpaid and I hope you can resolve that. However, that is no reason to not pay bets. Really, that's inexcusable. Either you pay them immediately or shut the site down. Anything else is a scam, plain and simple.

You have not addressed this issue AT ALL.

I can't understand WHY THE SITE IS STILL UP. I have still not been paid for winning bets totaling ~2.6 BTC.

I think you answered your own question.

The site is still up because people are still sending coins to it...

Yes, unfortunately the only answer is that coins are deliberately being scammed.

Nope, waiting on the papers from my financial consultant.
WTF? Why would you need that to pay bitcoins you are supposed to have?
Why aren't you stopping the site, if it does not allow withdrawals?

Why would he stop the scam when people are still dumb enough to be sending him coins.

@casinobit if you need a financial consultant to figure out how much you owe people from this site something is seriously wrong here. It seems pretty simple you have a history of what's been invested & how much people bet & won or lost. I'm not exactly sure what a financial consultants purpose is in this situation. If you really need one then you have no business running a site that involves simple math.

Investors money == Website Bankroll
He can't pay winnings because the site has no bankroll anymore
He need a financial advisor to get a loan so the site has a bankroll

Hope this help. If you enjoyed this post please forward donations to Casinobit.

I think we can forget about it.  I sent him an e-mail telling him that I would arrange to pay all his debt for control of the site several days ago.  Nothing.  I am however preparing to post his whole life online.  It won't get me my money.... all 30 BTC.. but it will make me feel better at least until my Asic miner arrives in the next few weeks.  After everyone has lost interest in bitcoin.. I will continue to enjoy posting his life's details online.  Maltego is such a wonderful open source program for special occasions just like this.  There are people working hard to make bitcoin legit.. and then there are people like this douche.  Who wants to go to Canada for a nice little getaway?

It's not because the server is hosted in Quebec province where I live that it mean he lives there. Wasn't he using 2 telephones numbers in Israel?

Good luck on your miner. Hope it is not BFL. Frankly they never arrives lol. Despite I never order miner. But that's my two cents

@casinobit just admit. It will make the this better. The financial consultant is just some time waster. I am sure that you will dither consult a 'lawyer' which is yourself.

I'm pretty sure he's to busy trying to cover his tracks to respond to emails, if he's smart I'm sure he's trying to obtain some legal advice to make sure his ass is protected. You should do a search on tmbp as well, it would be very surprising if its not the same person.
