Another important fact about Darcrus which is good is the small supply.Circulating supply for Stratis: 98,371,105 Circulating supply for Darcrus: 13,628,655 If Darcrus reaches the same market cap as Stratis the price for Darcrus will be much higher because of the lower supply. Current market cap of Stratis is about 103 million. When Darcrus has this market cap the price will be about $ 7,60!! Almost x22 from where we are now! This is going to be a nice adventure, trust me.

You have to consider as well tho, that Stratis has actual real life use. Its necessary to run sidechains and ppl buy em like crazy right now to be able to run nodes. Darcrus on the other hand is pretty much useless at the moment. As Khilone said, it's only a "share" of the company kinda. Its going to be interesting how the price of DAR develops in the next months, im still hodling tho.

My answers came from the FAQ, a good piece of information for newcomers: https://faq.darcr.us/showcat.htmlDarcrus can be seen as the share representing the value of Sigwo Technologies. Darcrus itself does not have any functionality as a 'product', it is purely a trade token. 10% of the net profits of Sigwo Technologies will be used to buy Darcrus of the market and burn it. So the supply will decrease. Mercury is a public token used to link the private Jupiter network to the public Waves blockchain.

I think mercury has to be bought so they can use it. Also some Darcrus will be burned in 2 days.

I saw, and i'm still asking my self wtf happend I think it's a mistake with coinmarketcaps valuation. Waves should have a running history of buy/orders on the exchange.

At what price do the developer buy those tokens, looking at the current price of Darcrus tokens I don't think it is that significant

I don't know if this is the price of it when the developer bought these tokens. One thing is for sure, if you buy this on its ICO days, you could have made a big amount of money by just holding it until now. It is almost x6-x7 from its original price.

Im in long and will continue to be for the foreseeable future

At what price do the developer buy those tokens, looking at the current price of Darcrus tokens I don't think it is that significant I buy them at market price when the burn happens. I send BTC to a bot and the bot randomly market buys with all available BTC in that account. I post the burn transaction in social media accounts, but I see I didn't post the burn tx here. Be right back.

Awsome update on the burn! If it keeps up like this, the project is going to be amazing. Now all we need is some more publicity, hope the word spreads. It really is different from other altcoins. Thank you for your work, sigwo.

I like the concept of this project and what you're trying to achieve but I'm a bit confused at the same time. If any of you that have been a part of this project for a while could answer these questions I would very much appreciate it.
Firstly, I don't quite understand where the Darcrus token gets it value from. From what I read in the white paper businesses will have to pay tx fees using Darcrus to use the public blockchain. Will holders of the token get a percentage of the TX fees when people use the public blockchain (Like PoS coins)? If not where do these fees go? Also could you please elaborate on how the buy back and burn system works, what happens when these coins get to a low supply over the years? If businesses need these tokens to pay for transactions fees on the public blockchain, won't it eventually get to the point when the tokens become too expensive for them to buy to make it worthwhile?
Finally, what is the link between Mercury & Darcrus?
Sorry for asking so many questions but you seem to have quite an interesting project going on here so I'd like to try and attempt to understand it better.
