I bought QRL for 26000 sat. My goal is x100 in next four to five years. Maybe even before. I just sit and enjoy when the price climbs to the moon..

Lot of hype?  This was the least marketed token that I can recall.  They capped the raised funds at $4 million.  There is little dedicated marketing as the team focuses on MainNet launch in late September.  A conference attendance, a podcast or two - that is hardly "hype".  Is it wrong for users/investors to be excited about a token that is bringing a new unique product to market, to become the most secure crypto asset in this space?  

The best time to have a crypto that is quantum computing resistant is BEFORE the risk is actually realized (which won't be advertised).  One needs to buy flood insurance before your house is filled with water, not after the fact.  So one can either get the token today (cheaper) or after it is necessary (much more expensive).  Your choice, unless you believe quantum computing risk being able to hack public-private crypto keys in the future is zero.

I'd also rather it stay around these levels or go lower preferably to around stable pre-pump Bitrrex price 12-18k for the time being so I have time to accumulate over the next few months before mainnet, followed (probably) by a further increase in value with more developments.

Don't feel like you need to respond. People are bitter from having missed out on buying in so cheaply. The fundraiser was rather low key and not marketed like all the other ICOs albeit for the right reasons. Haters are going to hate. The only sad thing is that now when they have cheap coins they're not going to buy and they'd ultimately regret not buying in once the main net launches and the price skyrockets.

One guy on twitter has 2000BTC worth and he is a part of a group that bought the entire premine for less than $4mm. How else would you describe it?  Do you think the founders cared about distribution or just racking up $$$, the fact they sold to such small group of private investors is why this coin has no future, possibly the worse distribution model of any coin.

That's the point market cap went x25 following private sale, whales rode the pump then dumped to buy back, so yes:
