Thanks for the price.
I appreciate it very lol Smiley

It's going lower. Free money for the p&d whales that were cut in on the backroom distribution deal. Will test ICO price.

Lol there was NO backroom deal. Get outta here

One guy on twitter has 2000BTC worth and he is a part of a group that bought the entire premine for less than $4mm. How else would you describe it?  Do you think the founders cared about distribution or just racking up $$$, the fact they sold to such small group of private investors is why this coin has no future, possibly the worse distribution model of any coin.

One guy on twitter lol? You lost me already. You must be talking about another coin

They only raised total $4M so no

I saw a 2250 BTC sell wall a few weeks ago, so there is a group/someone that holds minimum 4.3m+ QRL. I'm not saying there was a backroom deal but a huge amount of QRL are held by a few.

I missed the ICO but was still a good investment pre-Bittrex pump.

Price has been crazily low right now, an all time low if i'm not mistaken.

$0.56 is just a steal in my opinion. Quantum computing is not just some fantasy in sci-fi. It is right now. It's just that currently it is expensive to get one, but in the future we can probably see quantum computing in your everyday tasks, and a ledger like this will prove to be extremely useful.

Well, I guess if nobody else is buying i'll buy it all up Tongue I remember this was in the top 30 in coinmarketcap, now it's 80 something.

Thanks for the price.

I think most people missed this, unfortunately... And early investors seem to not be willing to dump the majority of their coin even for 7x the ICO price, a good sign.

This is interesting thanks for sharing.  How did I miss this project along my path?
I am reading up, checking the historicals...
looks like a promising investment still. Cheers and good job to the quantum Resistant Ledger Team.
I love the concept.

This project wasn't hyped up like all the other coins with ICOs. QRL held a public capped fundraiser to raise the funds that they deemed necessary to help with development. Unlike other ICOs, QRL set a realistic uninflated cap as they knew that's what it would take to fund the project. There wasn't any profit on their part.
It's super cheap right now so I'd advise you that if you want in then now is the time. Once the main net launches people will kick themselves for not buying when they had the chance.

Yeah thats me, @actualadvicebtc on twitter. I have a lot more QRL than that since, and no im not part of some mystery group. I found the crowdsale on icocountdown.com and it was half filled when I invested. Maybe it would be more fair if they had a minute cartoon intro instead of expecting people to read their whitepaper?

Threw like a hundred something btc in to support development like I did for like 20 other promising ICOs this summer. Guess what. I have a lot more QRL now, and I'll buy a lot more while ppl like you get shaken out. Sorry the "whales" aren't pumping your ERC20 bags for a free ride & you couldn't quick buck before the team developed the actual token for swap. You short term minnows are cancer, hurry up and capitulate your bags to me cheap, maybe dao casino is more ur scene.

As always you were shilling at the top and dumping on your followers. You did that with SIA and countless others, either that or you are the worse trader on the planet.  You then openly admitted manipulating the QRL price downwards, extended bear market is a direct consequence.  When bitcoin moves $1000 in either direction, as it will, all inflated alts will be hitting new lows.  I know you regard everyone who is poor as cancer and don't have a conscience, because you were born rich and hit the bong too much, this time, it's going to bite you on the ass.

What was good about the price that made you decide to buy? I mean, it was $0.56 and right now is $0.36 -> doesn't seem too good to me.
At $0.56 it was 7x ICO, I never understand why people want to fill others pockets up like that. The price has been going in one direction only and its still 4x. I know people hope and pray for things to go up and they make bucket loads of money - but being blind doesn't make you buy good coins at good prices. This is neither a good coin nor a good price.

You forgot to compare this coin to other coins on the market. Try it.
Yes.
The coin is good and the price is good.

If we only valued projects based on ICO price, then Bancor & EOS must be awesome!  Perhaps the dev team of QRL decided they didn't need $25 million to bring their project to market and are allowing early investors to be rewarded for their faith in the team.  I only wish more projects would do this, not less.  To then say that QRL is overvalued because it is "x" times ICO price is lazy at best.  The question is, what upside potential does QRL have if they successfully launch MainNet and are proved to have the most secure crypto in this space in regards to quantum computing hacks.  If you think the answer to that question is #90 or lower on CMC, then by all means buy something else.  If you think the value of being quantum secure is a top 30 coin (or better) as many do, then today's prices are a worthy value play.

That was my thinking as well. I doubled my position today at near the low. Great post!

The coin is good and the price is good.

Comparing one shitcoin to other shitcoins still results in them being shitcoins - what's your point?
Just because one is 100x overvalued doesn't make buying another one at 'only' 10x overvalued a good buy. That is horrible logic. They are both still overvalued.

Thanks for responding with a well considered and thought through response - they are rare these days, especially when someone writes something that you don't agree with. I respect what you've said and how you've said it.

"... The question is, what upside potential does QRL have if they successfully launch MainNet and are proved to have the most secure crypto in this space in regards to quantum computing hacks..."

- That is a great question, and a correct question. But how do we answer that. Do we compare the potential value to other coins that are dubiously valued (overvalued) - your # 90 vs top 30 coin statement? Why compare to other coin values at all?
- If the upside potential to QRL successfully launching MainNet and are proved to have the most secure crypto in this space in regards to quantum computing hacks is HUGE - what does this mean exactly? The HUGE part may only be worth $1M. Why on earth is it worth $20M or $200M or $2B?

My point is that it is all speculating - and people are free to speculate all that they want - but too many people are getting in on the upswings or at ATH's - not the best form of speculating. For my part, i just don't get it.
