As i know gambling is all about luck and how to control my greed, except sportbetting (of course need skill and strategy).

I have experience in gambling (casino), somtime i hit big only with faucet or free money and i can withdraw from that. but because my greed i always want more and more, then i'll come again with my money as bankroll. Bet more and hope win more, but because of that i'll lose my money little by little and usually i'll stop after my bankroll to be "0". I call that with greed.

In order to control greed you should aim for a certain amount of money to win or play with and call that your "objective". In result you'll have a certain checkpoint or objective with which you'll know if you need to continue or stop . You should also learn how to be satisfied with what you got or what you won and call that a day instead of keep playing until bad luck strikes and your bankroll goes empty .

Dude, greed is the reason why we want to win much more than we need so controlling it in the first place is going to be a huge problem. Addicted gamblers are not contented even they had enough winnings because they want it all.

Obviously I'm confident in my bets, in 2015 I was basically only getting income from my betting and gambling, probably took out between $2.5k-$5k per month from it. But then I had a few months of great losses too. I've had a month where I could lose $10k just like that and it would be difficult, especially when confronted about my Mrs. about where the money is. It's not a life I want anymore but it is a life I've had and it did teach me a lot of things.
