Dam sure if any addicted gambler wants to stop gambling they must addict these hobbies then definitely they will stop gambling and addict to this hobbies. It is very hard to cure gambling addiction and I dont think that anyone can do that. We need to cure it with our own and if we cant do that then there is nothing that we can do. It can be cure but not automatically, it's common to newbies in gambling that they will experience addiction but once they realized that it's not fun anymore losing money most of the time, then they will limit their bets. Based on my experience, it really take time but I'm happy with the outcome so it doesn't matter if it took so long. My advise to newbies, is read gamblers experience as it does not need to learn from your own mistake, take it from them and meditate to absorbed everything, know the risk and avoid making excessive gambling because that will only lead you to trouble.
