I am the earlier adopter signup for the 5 Gigahash/s - Indefinite Contract (July 2013), no sign of mining and no reply, no answer and no announcement from them. So is it a scam? or is it? or it is. 

there was a newsletter they sent. you didnt receive it?  mining has started, but only at 10% capacity due to their asic suppliers not delivering.  so this is what we get at the moment.

since they are a start up, i suggest for us to be patient, but that doesnt mean we should stay quiet.

WE will be at 1.3 Terahash as of this Thursday (8th August). As promised, the longer BFL delay, the more we will act by making emergency purchases to get you closer to 100% capacity.

We are currently on Bitminter at 840 Terahash.

Also as promised, those on 1 year contracts, we will only start counting the start date once and only when you are mining at 100% capacity.

I sent two "tickets" via dashboard (though it doesn't seems to do much as dashboard) and it got deleted in 24 hours, is it how you guys handle enquiries? Beside, since you guys did such a great job designing such a fancy website to attract orders, it won't hurt to develop a simple and functional "dashboard" which as a client, able to view latest announcement, mining status, news etc. I'm a not a frequent visitors to bitcointalk hence would be able to read the announcements here. Yes, you mining somewhere and offer an upgrade, BUT we don't know, that makes me feel uneasy. I believe I'm not asking too much.

I also submitted a ticket to the dashboard and it was deleted without any reply. I bought a perpetual and a 1 year contract and I can't even see on the dashboard where it shows this, other than the order history page that just shows how much I paid.

Hey apologies for the mix up. We are addressing yours including others tonight. The first time you do these sort of things just enable you to see the glitches in your processes and improve. Improve we will.

For the small number of clients still waiting for their payments, rest assured it will be in your wallets by tomorrow morning. (pacific time)

It's in the final stages now :-) You wouldn't believe how many people we have had to contact personally to get wallet information. Many people had email addresses in place of wallet addresses.

you're prolly pissed cos mining difficulty is up the roof. not to mention CH started something good here, and likely another company or two will likely follow its lead and take mining difficulty to new heights making it impossible for home grown miners to mine btc.
