Finally Ivy found the money. After exactly two weeks of receiving it.
If your skype is different from your email from your bank account....she won't find it.
She promised to send one unit, that she has in the office.

What a ride!

I will keep you posted.

That excuse is a crock as there is no email required or associated with a bank transfer , and in my case,  my skype email is a made up MS account used for nothing else that I do in life and to top it off, my bank that I wire out from doesn't even have an email associated with it, no online access, nothing, it's a bank, nothing more.
I'm glad they "found" it and your getting what you paid for, but this excuse of emails not matching they gave you is nothing but BS.

Interesting development today.

We have purchased from Ebang before and after getting in touch with Ivy it went through reasonably smoothly. Paid duty on import to Uk etc etc.

So last week via Ivy we put another order in and sent the money via our bank in UK. Been chasing ebang for a shipping fedex number.

Earlier , phone call from our bank , have you put a transaction through to such and such bank in China for X amount . Yes. Its currently been held up by our clearing bank Huh?? ( im assuming chinese? ) , Is this purchase anything to do with bitcoin?  err ? Not going to detail our replies here ( paranoid ) but the end result is that they are refering back to the clearing bank .

So ebang not been paid and we are wondering whether it will go through ?

I know of other people in UK having their banks refusing coinbase transactions because they relate to bitcoin but not this.

Anybody else experienced anything similar?

Ukfatman,

i advise to reverse the wire, the clearing bank will not accept your wire for sure, you are just losing time and money.
get your money back, ask what was the clearing bank and find a way to SWIFT the money via another bank/intermediary, there is several website doing such service, especially in UK

Dear all, I found some hidden info in webapp (checked under version soft_v6.0.20.40 )
please feel free to use, you need be logged in to obtain that info
use chrome integrated translation to english

http://ebit_e9_ip/chipstatus/moduleStatus.esp
http://ebit_e9_ip/chipstatus/chipstatus.esp

Analyzing these stats I noticed some info about PLL
miner with PLL637 has HW errors rate 0.5%-0.8% per module
another with PLL750 has HW errors rate 2%-8% per module

It's a problem with hanging UI
2 options:
1. shutdown using AC power button, wait 30 sec, power on again
2. having ssh access restart WebUI

Where can I get e9+ now? The official website doesn't have it in stock now. Can buy 1-10 units. Should be new though.

I saw the same thing, I found leaving the webui up and logged in will produce this problem, probably a problem with they way they are caching the web server on it, but, if you  just don't leave the the web ui up 24/7, it seems to always work fine if you log into it every time and then log back out. Not a problem for me because mostly I monitor the pool page for my stats and only log to the miners occasionally.
There is no ssh access unless you flash your own load on it (tekcomm can show you how for donation), and the webui restart seems to do absolutely nothing.
