I have tried to fill in the shipping address details during check-out but I am frustrated by the shipping address form.

No matter what phone format I use it keeps telling me it is an incorrect phone number.  Huh

Please help!

Their website is completely changed now. It shows e9+ for sale but prices seem way out of wack, $650 for a PSU?? $6300 for e9+?  haha.
I think they brought a template in and will change the product and prices later. Rather disconcerting they do stuff like that, edit their website on the production instance.
We'll see if they actually announce anything!
BTW, "firmware" 6.0.20.48 firmware is in their support link now, if anyone cares. Not sure what it really does. It comes down in some messed up format and mislabled 6.2.20.48 but when you untar it it's 6.0.20.48.

Code:
<center><br><br><br><br><div class='imageDev'><img src='/img/success.jpg' width='440px' higth='240px'></div></center>

Wasn't ebit the ASIC designer for Avalon before? I wonder if they collaborated on the designs of the new chip. Seems pretty strategic they're both announcing their new machines on the same day.

Ebit was the contract manufacturer of the Avalon 6, but Canaan designed their own chip.

Also, the Avalon 8 is not a new chip. It is just a rework of the Avalon 7 series. Ebang is claiming theirs is 10nm, Avalon 8 is still 16nm.

Stop buying industrial miners, running them at home, and then complaining about the noise.

That is fine, the new firmware will be active after you reboot the miner

Hey guys. I just got an E9. I am trying to get the Ip address out that thing. Have no success yet. Any help are greatly appreciated.

thanks,

Your going to need a laptop.

Download wireshark to your laptop, take a network cable and connect it directly to the miner and startup wireshark, the arp messages will tell you the ip it's using.
Set your laptop network to another IP on the same subnet, then you'll be able to log to the miner and change the IP via the webui. You'll lose connection at that point, but you can then connect the miner to your regular network and connect it from your new ip and off you go
Thanks for infos. I am still try to change the ip on the unit. Your idea worked. I manage to find out the ip of the unit. thanks again.

Ebang has a new website, which is great, because they actually now have a proper web shop system.  Smiley

Ebang official website: http://miner.ebang.com.cn/

But they do have a pricing mistake at their website.

You can compare the Chinese and the English website,
and see that they have forgot to convert the RMB price to a USD price.

So, for example 6840 RMB price is actually about 1035 USD, not 6840 USD.

I quote this post again, so that the information about the current web shop situation is easily available at this page.

@digital$
These are the different delivery time batches they are selling at the moment.

Ebit E9 Plus 9Th/s

December 2017 delivery: http://miner.ebang.com.cn/goods-3.html
January 2018 delivery: http://miner.ebang.com.cn/goods-2.html
February 2018 delivery: http://miner.ebang.com.cn/goods-1.html

Please notice as I mentioned before, that the prices in USD are wrong at the moment.
I guess they will fix that soon, and do a proper RMB --> USD conversion.

It is kind of interesting to see that earlier batches are cheaper than later delivery batches.  Cheesy

You can register, but none of the drop downs in the important areas like shipping address and cash register and shopping cart, seem to function. I think they are developing the website still, live, online.

Can anyone actually get a purchase to go through on this new page? Sorry for cross posting, but I keep getting my orders mysteriously disappearing...
I also can't get my ship to info in there very properly - Had to jam in my Canadian address in the "other details" or whatever that field is. I see people had some luck with Lynn direct via skype?

I ordered direct from Lynn via skype back in Nov when then had them then. She made invoice, via skype, I wired money, 2 day later she confirmed, via skype (after I aksed), 2 days later she send tracking (after I asked) via skype.

This new website just came online a few hours ago and looks to be a work in progress, I'm not sure they even have machines, E9 or 10. I wouldn't order anything from the new website yet.

Be careful - they added some new hidden features to the new 48 FW
no clue - what it is it used for, but looks not good
Code:
Daemon which manages kernel routing table management and redistribution between different routing protocols.
-b, --batch        Runs in batch mode
-d, --daemon       Runs in daemon mode
-f, --config_file  Set configuration file name
-A, --vty_addr     Set vty's bind address
-P, --vty_port     Set vty's port number
-v, --version      Print program version
-h, --help         Display this help and exit

How reliable are they? Both in terms of shipping the real deal and overal miner reliability?

Should order a bunch of them, but a bit reserved.

Hey guys. I still trying  to get my E9 to run.  I have no success yet. I have trouble changing the ip address so my router can pick up. I am continuously working on it. the S9 is so much easier.

Did you actually receive them?

Has anyone else purchased from them before and received product? And are they working well?

Thanks!

Download Wireshark. Install it. Look at the ARP requests coming from an IP. Write down that IP. Change your computer to be on that same network. Connect to the IP. Change miner to DHCP.
