Just to let everyone thinking of buying an e9 know. I managed 1500 of them and had a 90 day failure rate of almost 30%. These are not reliable miners and I would caution anyone to buy large batches of them at this point. They need to prove they can fix the reliability issues.

Stop buying industrial miners, running them at home, and then complaining about the noise.

Hey guys. I need help with the E9.  I will give out rewards to who show me make that thing work. I got bitcoin, dash, ethereum, and litecoin.  I will really appreciate the help. I have been at it for almost 10 hours. I just can not get into it programing page.  I just can not connect to that thing.

Download Wireshark. Install it. Look at the ARP requests coming from an IP. Write down that IP. Change your computer to be on that same network. Connect to the IP. Change miner to DHCP.
You don't even need wireshark if you don't want to get on your computer, Fing/any network scanning app on a mobile device can do the same task. Do a scan without the miner on and do one with it on and find what new addresses popped up, test by connecting to the IP, and you should find the miner. Many popular miners used Texas Instruments controllers and my miners showed up as such on Fing. Not sure what sort of controllers the Ebits use though.

Also ensure your router is using 192.168 and not 10.0. The latter caused many issues for me with miners that were unresolved till I switched my network to the former address range.

Thanks for the pictures!  Smiley

That's interesting, seems like the Ebit E10 series has a built-in power supply included.

Did you contact Ebang via Skype? Or how did you order?

Their webshop is still a work in progress.

Are they taking orders for 'In Stock' deliveries?

Thanks for the clip! As a person who knows russian, I want to briefly explain what is said in this video:
The guy shows Ebit E10 first, says it is 18 TH/s and has in-built power unit. From 0:35 he shows Ebit E9++, says it is 13 (not 14) TH/s. Claims that both E10 and E9++ are 90W per 1TH. On 0:55 it is shown that E10 produces 19.5 TH/s during testing and E9++ does 14.8 TH/s while testing.
In the end he admits that the price is unknown yet.

Yes I have ordered via Sykpe, paid by DASH. I hope I not get scammed, but they say they will dispatch one unit with PSU next day by DHL for me, so total price was 1.245+35USD shipping = 1280 USD, thats fair price for 9TH/s, they also told me that it is only 850W

Lets see what will arrive. I will post review with pictures and order process.
