Why do we keep waiting? I suggest if when bought bitcoin is still under $ 1000 then selling bitcoin is a good thing. I think it's too risky to hold bitcoin for too long because no one knows the price can be stable or down.

yeah yeah right let's just keep on hodling. This is the craze now that we must keep on hodling bitcoins. I will stay to wait for the result of the August 1. If the price will increase include me to those people that will sell their bitcoins and if the price will be lower include me to those people that will wait.

OP is not saying a particular amount but everyone has their own exposure in investing their bitcoins, personally I have to admit I have less than 10 BTC but this is quite big to me already since I am still new and my lifestyle is not that lavish to have as much BTC to hold.  Actually, with the holdings of me, I will intend it for long term holding because I know regardless of the market (pump and dump) the uptrend in general is very evident.

its better to holding for long term than selling all of our bitcoin, maybe we can sell it for half bitcoin to have the money and keep the rest. the market right now is really bad conditions because many traders is in panic mode and they are selling their coins to not making more loss. for me, i only selling the coins if there are any good price is show in the market so i can take more profit.

Just like what happened to the previous biggest happenings in the Bitcoin world the price of it has rise up to always the all time highs but recently it has been consistent with its price. Knowing how to trade would be really beneficial for the best outcome for your money because that's the best investment that you could have.

Many people feel discouraged when the value of bitcoin constantly decreases, but look at its value a few months ago, its value is only half that now. We are all too greedy to wait for a value that is too high.

Price is very low at a moment so I don't think this is the good price to sell bitcoins especially if you have bought your coins at higher price so the best thing would be to hold your coins tight and wait for the price again to go higher in coming days and it it achieves $3000 price then would be the best price to sell bitcoins.

I sold a few coins just before the fall and again bought 1 extra bitcoin just with the profit I earned, I don't know if it's really God looking after me providing such opportunities or He didn't need to bother since people are doing it instead and before price drops more to the point where I could lose that extra coin in dollar value equivalent then before I lose $2350 I will dump again and will wait for price going down. making money made easy said once Satoshi

I must say that was an right decision made by you that you sold your bitcoins at a right time and again bought 1 btc with the profits that you made so now you have extra bitcoins in your wallet and that is the way to play with bitcoins instead of keeping them idle in wallet.

You are right but you must understand that some are worried about the possibility of a hard fork, if this is correct then some are willing to take the risk and lose some money now rather than to lose more money later if a hard fork does indeed happen and that lowers the price, I don’t think we are going to suffer a hard fork but the possibility is there, unfortunately.

I guess the buying time is already stopped. The price seems to be increasing now and it's up to you if you want to keep your bitcoins before August 1. This is just another wave and the price of bitcoin can possible get lower again a day before August 1. This is just a safe place for all of us while we can see the price at $2,000 higher.

Yeah I am agree with you wait ,wait, wait and do not sell because its price will goes to increasing after segwit and buy now, and yeah, not wait to its price will goes to much low and then they buy. I do not know for sure about it, but I think it is the impact that will happen before 1 August and that's a natural thing because of the worry that might happen if later the chains split will really happen.
