We are free to sell our btc assets but it matters that if we can take to sell now or hold for now since we are pretty unsure for this current situation and if people can risk to hold for more years then that could be good for him if the price would pump hard and earned good for this experimental hodling. I think gambling is not a food suggestion because we dont have in control in the luck ,Trading is more good on it .
About selling if you are not so sure and confident on what you do better to hold it because in any cases it may turn of regreting if you sell then the price go or you sell then the price dont go as beyond your expectations .However if you really want to sell it is advisable not to sell all just sell a minimal portion on your savings.

I keep finding it beyond insane that certain people (you're one of them as well) see gambling as a way of making money. Gambling is definitely not an option that will allow you to earn money frequently. Even more precise, you'll end up broke sooner or later as the only thing you depend on is luck. Not really what I consider to be a good suggestion.

Trading on the other hand is a decent option in case you have the proper level of experience, but that doesn't mean you'll need to sell your coins. You can keep a certain portion of your coins for holding purposes, and another portion that you use for trading purposes -- which is what I consider to be the best option. Why forcing yourself to do 1 thing when you can do 2 things at the same time without any problems?

I am always have the feeling of being tempted when seeing the price of bitcoin. Most of the time my mind is telling me that it's already enough to sell but once I'm seeing people to predict that there would be another rise of the price of bitcoin, it makes me hold a little bit longer. And with the figures that they are speculating it is not really a joke.

It depends if you want to sell but right now if you think that you need to sell, go for selling some of your bitcoins.

But for me, it's going to be a good thing if you are not going to sell all of it. You may sell some of it if you want to help the adoption in the market.

i am not in favour of selling bitcoins in present time, because we have waited for such a long time for the price of bitcoin to increase, and in present time we can see that the price of bitcoin start increasing, therefore i think it is important for some more time as it is expected that very soon the price of bitcoin is going to cross 1500 USD level, and even then the price of bitcoin is not going to stop and will continue its progress and very much expected to reach to 2000  USD level at the end of 2017.

Price has already crossed $1300 on preev and if the current price is giving you good profits then you can sell some of them to grab some profits but I suggest you not to sell as price is expected to go much higher in the end of the year and that would be the best time to sell your bitcoins.

I also agree that waiting would give us more profit than selling Bitcoin right now.  If we are not in need of cash, it is better to keep our Bitcoin for another half a decade or when it reaches our selling point.  There might be lots of political drama today but it will eventually resolve aside from that I believe Bitcoin is destined to increase its price as time goes by.
