Too much dependency on technology is harmful for humans. The impact of technology on our social, mental, physical and environmental health can be devastating if we don’t keep ourselves in check.

Nowadays people are constantly being connected to internet which causes an extra layer of stress that wasn’t present before the overuse of technology.

The more time people are spending engrossed in video games, talking to friends online and watching funny cat videos on YouTube, they are spending less time being active or exercising. The use of social media has shortened their attention span. Constant news feeds, getting information in 140 characters and videos that are 10 minutes or less has literally rewired their brains. I read some where that people who are online an average of 5 hours a day have trouble remembering people’s names.

There's always a pros and cons of the technology development.. it's like the old has gone and the new has come technology wise we can combine those two we can be into new system without abolishing the old one instead to develop it, upgrade it so that the previous generations can still look at it and reminisced the memory and learn to adapt the new system

This is only my opinion. technology is very important thing in this world. there are lot of positive things in technology. but sadly we can see lot of negative effects of technology. technology is using for very bad things like terrorism, drug dealing and lot of illegal activities. we must protect our world this kind of bad uses of technology. we have to make this right. governments should act more actively against these negative affects . then our world will became peaceful one for our children.

Technology can also be used to commit crimes such as online fraud etc. The use of technology such as telephones creates ailments such as blindness because of overuse. It can also be used for discrimination and intimidation. Which sometimes causes the victim to commit suicide.

The negative effect of technology are the things that will keep us occupied all the time. There are a lot of things to do using our smartphone and sometimes we forgot to take care of our body. Instead of working out or hanging out with friends, we prefer to use our phone or play games using game console. I also hate ot when fake news was spread because some people believed it. They think that the internet was always right.....

I guess a technology you can use is getting a really good digital camera. Of course they might start using it for selfies and stuff. So maybe a digital camera for special use. Maybe show them a picture of how a spot in town looked like 80 years ago, and then tell them to try and recreate the shot. Have them think about the changes of the world.
