Suppose if there are a number of ICOs started for different coins by anonymous developers then how can we find that which one the legit ICO and which one is scam ICO?
Be sure to look at the whitepaper of each project before deciding to invest in them. And most importantly, do not invest before you scrutinize the development team behind the project. Any project that does not have a credible, easy-to-authentic, and open-source team can project a lot of skepticism and turn into a living nightmare for all.
I think so!.
The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

I think a legitimate ICO has certain sponsors that are closely related to the state , or the project is supported by the state.

It's really hard to find a legit ICO but you can cut down the list by doing due diligence. You do your research by starting with the team of developers and advisers including the company related to the ICO. Check them if they are for real. Aside from that evaluate the whitepaper and websites. You can start with these.

In general, I will search for valuable projects through the ICO evaluation website and make appropriate investments. Or through the forum to do signature rewards activities, and strive for tokens of valuable projects.

Well, actually most of the icos are legit. Scam ones really not that much.

But the problem is, even with the best intentions, most of the icos resulting crappy products or worthless tokens. It is hard to find the ico with a quality product because mostly there are just promises on the ico phase and you wait for them to deliver.

It's simple. You will determine this only thanks to white paper. White paper is the main document of any project and if you find inconsistencies there, then the whole project can be questioned, as well as investments in it

Nothing like how to find out legit ico again but only a prayer can sure you that a project is sure now with the level of scam going on in blockchain , it makes crypto look more like scam and more reason we human are just the most dangerous thing that has ever happen to the world, someone create this to solve problem of capitalism and some people are at one corner to spoil the good thing that should happen to human and bring freedom for all a bad name .
Even if they have their name and face all over social media it does not say they won't scam investors so the only thing needed now is prayer to stop all these bad eggs.

Do you know some ICO-rated websites, such as ratingico ... etc? Those sites have a lot of ICOs registered to be evaluated, so follow those indexes that select potential ICO projects for. only me. I'm also following that trend.

You can understand this simply by reading the documentation. Thanks to this, you can learn a lot of new information about the ICO you are interested in and also find out exactly whether the scammers created your project or not

You can find legit ICO in this forum and I also recommend ICO Drops for you. But regardless of what anyone may tell you, always do your own research about a project before investing your hard earned money into it because nothing is certain in this space.

Aside from Website existence. Look also for its Social Media accounts. See if the Team Members has LinkedIn account (know their background), search for feedbacks, reviews, what's their product. Read the whitepaper, look for youtube reviews, discord, reddit. Ask the community on Telegram, interact with them. Know whose their Advisor, partners and if promoted by wel-known people. it's a plus points that it's legit.

Know with either the team or management behind it. One of the most important success factors for ICO or cryptocurrency is the developer and administrative team behind the project. The cryptocurrency space is dominated by big names, with superstar developers like the founder of Ethereum, Vitalik Buterin, who are able to create new projects just by putting their names on the development team. Then check the document (whitepaper) A cryptocurrency or ICO whitepaper is the basic document for the project, and read carefully. Observe Token Sales, legitimate companies are trying to make a transparent system and the progress of sales of tokens is easy for potential investors to see. How Decent an ICO Project is, Many ICOs launched, even highly publicized ones, have simply evaporated after initial interest faded. Your best chance for a successful investment depends on the company that has a set of goals that are achievable and feasible. That is how we can find out whether it is a legitimate ICO or a scam.

It is highly suggested to do a proper research. Seeing the framework and such. Those people behind it or the teams. We all know that today more and more scammers are there. And also consider picking those ICO who uses top coins. It would probably be successful.

There are a couple of things you can look out for
You can check for the product that the project is offering the investors, when you see that the product is a sustainable one then you can invest in it
Always make sure that you are looking at the team members and have a way of following what they are working on, the best icos are always the ones that are transparent

Legitimate ICOs usually conduct closed ICOs, haven`t any bounty campaigns. But they don't need you, they are focused on large investors.

It will take 2-3 hours to investigate any project. Research this forum, rating website and for sure, the ICOs website. I always check the team members and developers, to see if they were copy pasted or not. Always read the whitepaper to understand for what the project stands.

There are may reason to find a good project with ICO, what I usually do is making sure that all the data that i got from the project is valid, including the progress of the selling.
Also never forget the team behind that project, cause that is one of many key to makes the project running.
