I'm sure the IOU status on hitbtc will change once all the issues about listing on this kucoin are resolved.
And after all these problem are resolved,I think we will soon see this coin listed on the major exchange.

Binance is now the biggest market for crypto tokens, it would be very difficult to enter binends if it does not have a large community to vote.

Other way to list on Binance is to pay the fee to get listed there without going through voting process because community support is not much here to achieve this way. If Boscoin was launched when Binance was not this much familiar then how easily it could be there. Now almost half a millions dollars to get listed there which Boscoin team will not pay in my opinion.

I think the problem is not about money, maybe the integration or regulation that applied in South Korea. Boscoin has its own blockchain, not an erc20 token. it will be more complicated for the exchange to integrate and list this coin into their system.

These things need time. When ERC20 tokens were initially launched, It took time before exchanges could build systems and smart contracts that was able to make the integrate possible. The delay with Boscoin might just be more about the integration. It takes time especially If It's a new technology being implemented. I'm setting my sights at March– April for Boscoin listing.

If Binance listingfee is 500k$, then i also think that they do not want to pay that money (75-25% ). They should have money, but they should know that Binance is currently biggest pumpexchange (like bittrex in the summer).
