Yes, legal procedures are over. There will be soon voting for changing the protocols, maybe Zsnark implementation.

Not everyone is used to read long update so in that case this kind of info graphic with images to explain what is being delivered are very effective way of communication. You understand everything with minimum effort just by looking at images which are eye catchers and are interesting and viewer automatically read what is written along. This shows how advance the development has been at the same time with this information.

If enough money is at stake I am sure investors will also take sufficient time to read a detailed update and if not, well, maybe they shouldn't be investing at all.

The Tezos representative stated that they are not necessarily working on the use cases mentioned, so it can be done already. As for your Tezos comparison with Bitcoinnect I think you are very wrong. They are 2 different projects with different approaches and different use case. Bitconnect was just a scam Tezos is not, at least not yet.

Tezos is a project that will slowly become one of the main things of cryptocurrencies! Like Bitcoin and Ethereum Maximalists in 1 year and a half or 2 years there will be Tezos Maximalistas as well. There will hardly be other chances of finding XTZ so cheaply. There are people happy with TRX, XRP so there will be nothing to complain about XTZ.

I have some Tezos "freezed" into Rightbtc exchange due to them suspending deposits and withdrawals for a long time now.
I have also been suspended from login into support section for asking too often about either enabling onsite baking option, they avertised long time ago, or allowing withdrawals ... or at least it is my guess because didn't hassle them for other reasons.

If someone form the team may get in touch with them and see what's going on it will be much appreciated.

In fact this project fell under big controversy right after the finish of the token sale and it raises a lot of questions about the future of this project. Now it moving forward into very good direction and if this will continue than we will see this build the confidence of the new investors for sure.
