Alright, there's a good chance there's a bug in the miner (and all subsequent versions) that would create the stack smashing. I'm willing to bet that miner will run every other algo and may even run on another pool using hmq1725 without any issues with your current architecture.

Problem: Re-sync on each application launch

Reason: variable changed txdb-leveldb.cpp:

Attempting to fix the issue by deleting everything from %AppData%\Roaming\Doubloon does not fix the issue


Anyone skilled enough to take on such a task...or know of anyone...let me know (here or PM).

The source on github is all messed up due to some collaborative modifications, will be fixing that tonight

Try solo-mining first and make sure it's going to actually allow you to mine. There isn't another pool that I know of, but I doubt it would be hard to convince someone to start a pool considering you wouldn't be able to mine on the one we have, which would mean 1 less person able to support the coin.

only thing in the commits taht might've changed the build process for you was cleaning the leveldb folder,

not sure how you're compiling (and i'm pretty noobish at windows), but i do notice that the cross-compile line is commented out in the .pro file,

This is a new algorithm Espers and Boat there's bound to be a few bugs at first before things get worked out.Both coins are highly undervalued get them both while you can pick them up cheap.

the volume at novaexchange is not that good but it's not that bad, continous support of the dev and the community as well will make the volume stable and will make the coin to go forward, but it seems to be a tough task to be done.

sync issues arent that much of a problem, the fix is there (am working with obavijest),
the source works fine for anyone who wants to compile their own


but the miner, well, this is a new algo and has it's own new problems

Not to worry my friend new algos always have their little bugs at first.The wallet syncs up fine and that restart bug will be fixed.I experienced it last night myself after encrypting my wallet and restarting it  and started to panic thinking I had lost it all..Lol
