I'm fine with it taking as long as reasonably necessary to process the refunds to me (in order to take time make sure everybody gets the correct refunds for any chips that changed ownership), but we need to get the refund from Yifu to JohnK processed ASAP, before Yifu disappears again!

This is why I really wish john could update on the status...

I have a feeling we're past the point of no return given the shipping status for those who ordered around the same time we did. An update from ragin, prodigits, or John would be most valuable at this point (I think John is the only one who can check the shipping status).

I think it is John K who placed the order (as he was the escrow for this group buy) and therefore it is John K who needs to request the refund.

I have PM'ed him to draw his attention to this because obviously time is tight here... Noitev - you may already have PM'ed him, but I figure a PM marked urgent (which mine was) can't hurt at this stage...

I messaged and posted to please not ship the batch (if it hasn't already...) as we've voted for the refund but can't actually do anything as both our group leader and escrow are currently not available Sad

Based on the order days for Zefir.. looks like chips in the range of april 24th - 30th for him just changed to "prepare for shipping", good chance our batch did too

so if you know any way to get ahold of someone, anyone, to actually get a refund, please do.  yifu phone or email?

Basically for us, raginazn lied, and is now gone, with no word.  Is this basically the case for you guys? Just wanted to post in case anyone didn't know about our group buy situation as well.

There are many of us in the other group buy who are very committed to getting the money back. Any of you guys here, than lets join forces.

On JohnK: I have written him PMs but not heard back, I don't know what the story is. Getting raginazn's ID released from JohnK is the best idea I can think of right now, hoping we'll respond soon (anyone know where John is)?  Then we can verify that the id does in fact belong to the person who, at this point, is looking like stole over hundred folks' money. None of us want this to stand.

Do we need to start a new list of bitcoin addresses for refunds?

Is there one mostly accurate?   Should we start a new moderated thread just for that data to work out (all the chip trading that happened, etc)

YES

I just PM'd JohnK about this but None of the spreadsheets take into account all the transfers of chips!

If you refund by what's listed, a number of people will get free BTC, and several (myself included) won't get our refund

Everyone should collect their posts and evidence, TXIDs, etc for chip transfers..

I don't know how John want's to handle this, but wouldn't it be easier to label people as "scammer" if they can't post blockchain proof of payment?
