Refund 7 processed (with everyone who've posted above) : https://blockchain.info/tx/95cd844411b56d903316a189629c3b4313fd06cc6614301096692c8fd32aa82fPlease post here if you're still not refunded. (as you're not in either spreadsheet which I've already refunded) I have refunded prodigits 4 btc in place of ragingazn628 for the shares he admitted above, the rest of the claims will come when an agreement is reached/we figure out who's right and wrong here. Hi John, I have received a refund for the wrong amount: 1.17315 BTC. The refunded amount should be 99% of the amount I paid --> Ragin has listed 2 amounts, I am willing to take 99% of the lower amount since this thing is already a mess. The lower amount I found was 1.23425 according to this sheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AiYcEqkgyjc_dGU0VzhHRGpOOUxudWkxdWpDN3RmbFE&usp=sharing#gid=0
This would give a (total) refund-due amount of: 1.2219075
A remainder is still due to me of: 0.0487575 BTC
I would not go after this, but the current value is greater than $50 USD and that is enough to me to request it.
Thanks for your patience and diligence JohnK, nebizedit: Actually, I have no idea why i would take the lower amount, considering there is a blockchain transaction for the full amount of 1.2505. So, the amount due to me is 1.2505 less 1% as per this transaction on the blockchain. https://blockchain.info/address/1FpP9Zagz8e3Vqb4NR1QUfwVAr3wRe3U8aThis would give a (total) refund-due amount of: 1.237995 A remainder is still due to me of: 0.064845 BTCAgain, thanks for your patience and diligence JohnK nebiz

John, According to this spreadsheet corresponds to the spreadsheet that he made. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Ag33NSOc15F-dGhlVGltbmZWSDBMTjR1SXRBS2dqb1E&usp=sharing#gid=0He has not yet provide me or anyone else the TXIDs for the refund. I am more than happy to refund those to him (or you can from my Avalon Group Buy Refunds). For this group buy I originally paid 17BTC and paid more BTC for other member's shares: shibaji - 8.03 BTC for 100 chips https://blockchain.info/ko/tx/ac0e96213926dee861402a04dd46e717e1aa1da743f390c9d8fb7f80ca7b0671https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=177994.msg2077014#msg2077014AmpEater - 10.035 BTC for 128 chips https://blockchain.info/ko/tx/695d7037a9417736253f668807d7005773678a4c8f7b437c4291f513fed5577fI am owed: 35.065 BTC Ragin your track record speaks for itself. Everybody already agrees with me.
How can you deny the people I refunded when they have come on here to defend me? What about those bitcoins?? What about those people's shares??? Where are they now, I refunded them! What have you been doing with them?? Why are you pocketing all those profits for yourself and not reporting it to the group or the spreadsheets!!!
You have been keeping my share of the profits, along with the shares of those I refunded, all for yourself:
prodigits7 = 32 shares damiano = 28 shares piecinitup = 16 shares floatyfish = 16 shares danieldaniel = 8 share jesse11 = 8 shares
Total = 108 shares
How dishonest of you. What a disgrace.
Do everybody a favor and stop lying to yourself. This, what you're doing, is a complete farce.
It's time for you to come clean and confess to the entire group...you're lame excuses don't work on anybody anymore.
Are you on something? Where did you even get those numbers? At the time you bought 1 BTC = $100 so 4 BTC = 8 shares. Not 32. Please refer here for the shares info: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=233624.0

Ohh, the irony. You've been very outspoken against ragin, yet I don't remember you being in the group buy. Ragin posted John's email a few pages back. Before the last round of refunds I was able to get a hold of him via that address. He should be done with school by now, hopefully he gets back here soon and wraps things up.

I am smart and honorable. I don't offer to do escrow. Posts like this one are the reason why. John has about the best reputation in bitcoin, this post makes you look like someone we all want to avoid doing business with.

I try to be respectful and informed.
