We are a project that does not go easy way of artificially pump prices. Instead, we keep working on the development and improvement of our products, and saying that there has been no development in those 3 years is simple wrong. We still have a lot to achieve hence our price hasn't skyrocketed, but we are also a honest project that is still on the market and that is going to be on the market, hence it hasn't fallen completely. There are many promising products on the way, and there has been lost of improvements in those 3 years.

As for the multibroker, it is in the beta test now, not the final release version, and as any product it takes time to design, code, and develop it to the release version, which can not be done in a day or a week. There is still lots of stuff to fix and improve, and we are working on both, the interface and the technical aspects of it.

While the product you offered at the start is very promising but in terms of its poor implementation even your exchange user interface is very strange and worse than the Yobit exchange

If the exchange is broken: Open the wallet, send my BTC me, manually enter the TX in your exchange's DB and set my balance to zero. Trivial.

Or it's set to not transfer and produce "Transaction Failed" reports to hide that it's set to not transfer...

Take an example on LAMDEN(TAU) and see how they are talking with their community. You always promise things like speeding up marketing and creating a good contact with all investors etcetera but at least here you are very slow and mostly only posting links. more then 3 years its already been this slow, do you think you will ever be able to deliver? 😒😒😒

Listing on the CMC is not the ultimate goal of our marketing, even though it is important and we currently work on it. We also work on the Google Ads and other marketing channels to attract new users to both, Channels App (with more than 150,000 downloads) and Exchange, where the volume is increasing from week to week. We also create the new website which will be released very soon, work on the newsletters, promote our blog on Reddit, and do other marketing stuff, which may not be visible at the first glance, but it gives consistent results.

I can not say about your case in particular, but there have been no major issues with the Exchange lately. Please, create a ticket in our support center, they should be able to solve the issue.

Operations with DOT tokens will be suspended from UTC 14:00 on August 20th.

They just think that this project is still alive, pretending. It is from them that it is important to be listed in the CMC but why did they not include it in their goals and make it a priority? This is no different from the unsuccessful ICO projects that emerged in 2017. So there is nothing to expect here, do not insist on the long overdue. Those three years you have wasted so much that you did not even do what your investors expected.

That's true the team failed to judge the users expectation from this project and still moving with approach like before the launch of this platform just talking and more talking but nothing improved. A small bug fixed could up to month there and that is big disappointment for early investors who stuck with that and not finding the way to get recover their investment.
