what is dominating feather coins network? My GPu's did so well on Neo last year this time but now it is almost not even in the profitability list.

I see that FTC net has is about 7GH/s but yet I can't seem to find any pool that has more hash rate than Miningpoolhub at a mear 150mhs. Is the rest all on a Private pool with private hardware?

Fuck, yeah, this is a complete fucked up !!! I designed and saved a coin of more than 3 years. Today the course is killed, developers idiots do nothing for consensus.

90% of the coins go to some dumb asshole who doesn't care about the community.

This has nothing to do with consensus.

Nothing on the Feathercoin network or code is broken.

I am working under the assumption this is a private miner who probably has access to a custom coded miner software or has asics/fpgas.

There is no known ASIC or FPGA for neoscrypt that I know of...a lot of scams and fakes..nothing real.   However behind closed doors, anything is possible.

1. Ok CVP-13 can mine neoscrypt but it gives only 3.3MH/s. The big miner on FTC turn around 5000MH so anyhow it's an amazing budget to buy all hardware and run it.
2. If it was ASIC and cheap why not mining other neoscrypt coins.
3. If you analyze the blockchain it seems that this miner is not selling one Coin.

=> Therefore, we have a big actor, with a plan on FTC and running long term operations. I am looking forward the next events :-)

1. These are only bitstreams visible in public space, and those written for oneself are two to three times more effective.

1. Even 3 times more performant, you would still need 500 of this mining device which cost thousands of euros. Show me how it can be profitable?

3. Not sure of that.
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/ftc/address.dws?6p6p6HaWDMnXExf8HeqmjUWMDMb7o3AMza.htm => receive regularly the results of daily mining.
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/ftc/block.dws?2892583.htm => those are transferred to another address
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/ftc/address.dws?6nYTmVuEfXFS5metb4MCGLC26gC9pSpZ2J.htm => That address contains More than 5Millions coins

I don't see those coins going onto the Bittrex Wallet where they can be sold.

If you see trace, please explain a little bit more

Yes, it seems he doesn’t spend much, he saves the rest. Anyway, this is outrageous; the network from such equipment is completely centralized.

Yes this is not what we should expect but somehow it protect the project from people who are just mining and selling for BTC such as nicehash.
My feeling is that something good is underway.

OK so it seems the CVP-13 does support neoscrypt

But even then...1 CVP-13 board costs somewhere like 5K USD... for 1...and you only get 3.3 MHS for that.

FTC has had a hashrate of 5-6 GHS since Jan 2018

so roughly 1500 CVP-13 cards would make up the  5-6 GHS.

5K USD per cpv-13 card *  1500 cards  = $7,500,000.   So a possible 7.5 Million USD spent to power the FTC network.

Did you noticed Feathercoin quoted in Gemini Man Movie? Does Will Smith bought some FTC?

Feathercoin is updated to the latest version of Bitcoin.
It means that it has exactly the same core features as Bitcoin + several differentiators such as ASIC resistant algorithm, protection againts 51%, ...
The new exchange has been enabled to offer alternatives to people interested on buying or trading Feathercoin. It is somehow better to organize it when it is quiet rather than all the attention is their.

Overtime the original developer and founder Bushstar has made amazing work. In addition to recently join the Bitcoin core developer team, he is still active today on Feathercoin and working on the following subject:
- Regular alignment of Feathercoin Core with Bitcoin core. Current version is 0.18.1
- As part of the OMNI foundation, Peter is currently adapting the OMNI layer to run it over feathercoin in order to get faster network and higher capacity. Thanks to Feathercoin 1 minute block time.
If you look at the Hashrate, you can see that Feathercoin for more than 2 years as a hashrate average of 6 Ghz. This power is equivalent to 6,000 high-end GPU. In other words it means that Feathercoin is currently mined by a big actor. We don't exactly who is behind but we know that something big is happening.

We truly believe that the volumes on Feathercoin will reach new highs in the future and we definitely need new Exchange to offer new investor a chance to buy and sell Feathercoin.
