Adam, any reason you are deleting random ChartBuddy posts? Just curious.

thread manipulation...

Right-o. Just wanted to be sure it wasn't invalid images as the bitcointalk image proxy sometimes gives that even when an image is valid and it goes away after a couple of minutes.

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Has anyone else here ever tried to buy something on Alibada? All I ever get is a list of wholesalers.

That's what I was thinking. Maybe they're going to go legit.

yes I have bought stuff... but only wholesale :-).  IDK what they are trying to become but I thought they started as ebay for b2b from China to the rest of the world...

Just picked up some more BTC under $400.  That is an absolute steal IMO.  People who have been waiting to enter the market should all have their wallets out right now

...

Seen these before?  I have.

None of these are natural exchange market numbers, where a market would naturally settle.  They are 100% manipulated by whales trying to sucker more n00bs in.

There are no real buyers, only whales selling to each other.  We are going down further.

I'd love to see some confirmation about this BFL story. All we have is the word of some forum poster? Don't the US Marshals make some sort of press release about this sort of thing?

^^ Okay, now pull up a daily chart. Do we call that one the "stairway to hell?" Just saying..... still looks ugly right now for the bulls. Smiley

There was stairway to hell for a moment today when bitmarket.pl went crazy and all buy bids were filled ... even those @0.05PLN .......

385BTC was "bought" for 20PLN ($8).

But it was only a "bug" and they recover all data from before bug occurs in few hours with no coins lost.

But when I saw it ... I even made special thread about it because I was in shock! Cheesy

It was like .. my 1st though was that they were hacked. Second was OMG ... I lost a chance to buy 385BTC for 20PLN ...
3rd though: Let's check what the hell is happening ...   4rd: Uff ... only a "bug" ... xD

Yes, but it's clear then that the 6999.99 top will not be due to any real public demand.  Only speculators fooling people into thinking that.

I guess the lesson learned here for the public for the next bubble is: buy now, sell 95-100% at the top and walk away for at least 12 months.  Because everything that happens after the blowoff is a complete mirage.

Definitely seeing improvement there. Sure sign a bottom is near

are confirmations taking longer today than usual because of the high number of transactions going on?   I sent some BTC from coinbase to cold storage (with the standard .0002 fee).   Still no confirmations after almost 2 hours...
