Number one reason price is floating sideways and no one is ready for choo? Uncertainty over regulation in the US. There is uncertainty right now because of bitlicense and once that uncertainty is solved there will be a bigger rush to claim a piece of the blockchain for the larger players. Even if that news is largely perceived as negative, at least it will be settled and that will provide confidence. There is a critical mass of adoption eventually where it won't really matter and centralized regulation will be impossible. Until we get there, this is the way it needs to play out.
