Really? Who sells 2K coins at market at once like that? The only purpose of that is to try and push the price down.

Really?  If it's so obvious, how can it possibly fool anyone?

Lamb gives me diarrhea.

Eating out of the trash again?  You sound a bit piqued...

someone who wants to offload a lot of coins in a rush, or above 320. They got pretty low slippage for that size of order.

Someone who wanted the money and has a mountain of bitcoins left over, like the guy that moved 300k+ bitcoins.

That guy we talked about yesterday? Wasn't 1JoktQJhCzuCQkt3GnQ8Xddcq4mUgNyXEa invovled? Funnily that's where the 7kBTC to  1Drt3c8pSdrkyjuBiwVcSSixZwQtMZ3Tew (supposedly bitstamp) came from.

Yeah that guy. Is there any proof 1Drt3c8pSdrkyjuBiwVcSSixZwQtMZ3Tew is bitstamp?

Bitpay...

I think they're likely to be ever so slightly more savvy than that. That's if they have the need to go anywhere near an exchange these days anyway.

It will be 8 am on a Monday in China in three hours and they don't have Christmas holidays AFAIK. Depending on the Chinese traders now may not be a good time to sell.
Bro you are reasoning with a NotLambChop™ Sockpuppet lol
Well, it works as a general comment too. Some people seem to be selling on Bitstamp. It's hard to say where this is going though. Undecided
The general consensus seems to be down
Well, your generals were wrong. However, I don't think this rate of rise is sustainable.

Bitpay...

BitPay or a greedy trader who wants to play pump and dump with the Bitcoin price. I mean Bitpay would never sell such a large amount of money at once, rather much small transactions because their business depends on the Bitcoin market price. If they would sell it once a day as an example, they could have problems with the volatility.

The price is still unsafe. I would say that we go back to 310$ tomorrow.

Will you fuckin little adult sized children stop predicting every fucking price Bitcoin ever fucking is...

Nothing has anything to fucking do with the Bitcoin > USD price...

If someone wants to pay whatever fuckin amount they want to pay for a Bitcoin they will it means fucking nothing...

Nothing caused anything to do anything with anything related to Bitcoin price....

Someone willing to bet that XRP will collapse this week?  Tongue

Wait for the weekend, XRP should drop like a rock. Grin

I'll take this bet.  No collapse or drop just non movement.

Claims that a small number of persons or companies, perhaps only one, is responsible for 25% of the traffic in the blockchain:
https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=8781447
The percentage has recently increased from 15% to 25%
https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=8781447

The guy(s) make a small payment from address A to address B and send the change to a new address C, sometimes 1000--2000 times in a single day.  Therefore those payments are not recognized as "popular sites" by the blockchain.info charting software, and maybe the change-back output is not recognized as such either.

Could those chains be gambling sites paying out the wins?
