This was easy. Too many noobs in crypto.
Not so good for me. Kim shot his firecracker too fast... . Now have to wait for a serious dip... . no dips straight to the unknown That really pisses me off. Just sold part of my gold stash and sitting on fiat that I cannot inject in BTC without serious risk... .

So any rough expectation on BTC price trend once August is over and many are back from holiday? September Up or down?
I'm listening to a business radio, although I have less and less money in stocks (only a fat load of my company's stock that I can't dump), and yesterday they were talking about Bitcoin. Probably not for the first time, but still, surprising. They said that many people and funds have spent the summer getting money out of the stock market specifically to invest in BTC, and that the money should start flowing in September.

Yeah, good thing you don't have much in stocks right now. Even company share buybacks (at record levels) aren't working anymore to prop up their own stocks. Go figure. The trading bots must be rolling over. http://www.nasdaq.com/article/corporate-buybacks-near-record-as-related-etfs-lag-cm595925

Well, good morning bitcoin! A fresh ATH at 4600 is a great start for a Tuesday morning. Somehow I think 5k will be a bigger fight. Popcorn for breakfast.

I don't see 5k doing anything. Most of the 5k'ers probably sold at 4.5 already.

You are a few years late to the party. Now it's time to begin reversing that trade. BTW: No ATH in euro yet. Still 40 euro below.

Well, I knew it would sooner or later happen and my expectation was for around November 2017... . If Mr. Kim had been a bit more reluctant, it would probably have been correct. Now see how long they can keep gold from r(a)ising... .

Well, well, well. A very pleasant good morning Bitcoinland.
I see I just missed a new ATH and subsequent correction/profit-taking... currently $4610USD/$5760CAD (Bitcoinaverage).
AltcoinCash continues to slide slowly down.... $575USD/$716CAD (Coinmarketcap).
There are still a couple of days left in August. $5kUSD may be a longshot this month but it's still possible.
Go Bitcoin go.

Each pc / full node, has its own mempool and it can be configured in regards to size, or reset. There is no "objective" mempool. For example, look here for comparison: https://tradeblock.com/bitcoin/They have a different mempool. And if you run a full node, which, say, you started 5 minutes ago, you have a different mempool too.

Glad I got in on the dip this week. I usually don't get to "buy the dip" as I don't have fiat but this time I had some bright and shiny free alt coin to buy the dip with.
