hung hanged by the neck until dead
Paintings are hung.
Men are hanged.
Good of you to point that out, on a forum where for many posting here, English is not their first or even second language.
Please no grammar police in WO.

Actually, I like it when people point out my mistakes like that, thet's how I learn.
Since English isn't my first language I'm grateful to people pointing out errors, it makes my English better.
I had for example no idea about the above difference between hung and hanged, now I know.

Fair comment!

I'm just having a break with coffee and a Danish I think called Fika in Sweden, while deciding whether to treat a crop today, with the risk of rain or wait until tomorrow. Your English language skills are excellent.

For those who imagine that gold is a better asset than Bitcoin, this may be a highly disappointing news.

Additionally, the team promised to “take legal actions” and asked the hackers to return the stolen funds.

This is without a doubt the best part of the article, it will surely work - and when they already contact the hackers, let them ask them to return the 600k BTC they took from Mt.Gox so that we can solve that issue once and for all Cheesy

$600 million stolen in a DeFi hack.

It's almost as if "smart" contracts are only as smart as the copypasta kids writing them. And of course they're now crying for blacklisting and other centralized bullshit.

The good news is that the AI/robot apocalypse is never gonna happen. We'll go extinct long before then, when the next shitcoint/token/nft/whathaveyou bubble tells us to send all our money to Dr. Evil and jump off a cliff.

It's not a "DeFi hack", it's a buggy smart contract that was built on a buggy platform with a buggy programming language.

What they're doing is good lawyering: finding loopholes in a contract and using it to their clients' advantage.

I don't see a problem. I'm just reporting the conclusions of perfect mathematical and scientific analysis and modeling using confirmed sources.
What are these confirmed sources?

There are millions of people today who claim that the earth is a flat plate, and they also have their scientific and mathematical calculations - do you think they are right with their theory?

Good grief, no, they're not right with their theory and their science and maths are all messed up. That's how my proven bitcoin theories are different -- I have a better grasp of the relevant science and maths and have good confirmed sources.

Mostly good Russian and Chinese technical sources. They typically do the most rigorous and well designed studies. I had a whole thread about it a while back.

Yeah right, and I assume you're not going to reveal your sources or expose your research because of...? that you are afraid we will laugh at you? I still think you are a troll playing a role, but if you weren't you would have no problem exposing your research so that everyone could see how correct it is.

So far they haven't given very good results in terms of predictions, so they don't look very rigorous.

66% chance we will lose 10% tomorrow or Wed, 33% chance we would gain the same.
Some f-ers would undoubtedly short into the vote.
I am hoping that we would bounce off of 42K (if it happens).
Where did you get those exact percentages from?

Mostly from "Bitcoin price movement tracking and discussion"  Cheesy
We shall see.

Looks bad, unless you short on high margin, in which case it looks infinitely and easily profitable.

BITCOIN HOLDERS NOT AFFECTED.

When!!!  WHEN!?!??! Will all of the idiots FINALLY realize that just about EVERYTING ETH IS is just BAD DESIGN.  ETH and all it's clones.

This will NEVER stop happening as long as they present an attack surface of that magnitude.

It makes the entire "crypto space" look bad to people who don't know better which is evidently the great mass of the drooling hoards that think jamming all kinds of computation onto a blockchain is a good idea at all.

Good GOD.
