Any news on when (if at all) trading will resume?

Any news on when one can expect a statement from MtGox or Mark Karpales

Yep:

'Soon-ish...."  From Karpeles himself.

Hope that answers your question

Clearly you don't know when your comments look like 100% troll.. and in my opinion they we're and stand by Rampion's comment.
Your starting to look like a jack ass

All I know is that Mr. whatever himself wrote in a previous post that he knew Bitcoinrain's owner personally, and defended him.

What I don understand is why he still calls me "Mr. Stelfi".

Bring regulation tomorrow as far as I'm concerned. I'll never have problems sleeping being full in bitcoins then as that means to the moon ladies and gentleman.

Those who thought we're going to be left free forever to make millions without being regulated live in cuckooland.
Depends on where you live. Bitcoin and its exchanges/services won't be regulated everywhere.

I don't live in USA but USA is all that matters for Bitcoin to prosper. So, US regulation is coming and I am very happy for it.

Surely bitcoin will take different and varying paths depending upon the USA govt regulations....   Yet, even if the US govt were against bitcoin, bitcoin could still prosper if there are other governments or people around the world who find value in the bitcoin network.  Nonetheless, I believe that I agree that some regulation may be helpful... especially when it may come to the potential of the stealing of money of customers, which may have happened with the Mt. Gox situation.

This is interesting because the Crisis Strategy document from yesterday indicated that Gox had $22,430,00 in fiat.

Pretty close to the $21,583,649.13 shown in the wallet there, though obviously it's in BTC rather than fiat.

I checked his posts don't see anything like what your reporting.. as in him defending the owner of the scamming Latin American fund.

Anybody can say it's their address. If Gox actually wanted to demonstrate their BTC solvency they could easily do so be I signing a message with a key corresponding to one (or more) BTC addresses holding a sizeable amount of coins.

The fact that they are not doing that should give you an indication. They sure know about this method.

Wow, you... are... correct. I need more coffee before reading things.

Fairly realistic trolling though, +1 for the troll.

My money goes to a slow downfall for a couple of days, with couple of bulltraps incl.
I still think that bitcoin won't be an attractive investment until it goes to 200-300$ region.

So supposedly 750k coins were stolen? How could they not have noticed that? Did it happen in one go or over the course of years? Surely they must have noticed their cold storage getting smaller every day.
