Inca, this must be where wallstreet and secret big forces finally get in right? I mean they're dying to get in for a year now but were waiting for the price to down and all the weak hands shaken before they would gobble up all the cheap coins. So are we finally there?
one does has to wonder if there is something more driving this?

What's the most bullish thing imaginable? I would like some brainstorming please.
If someone would be able to find a way on how to explain to an educated man that bitcoin the currency is anything more then a gamble. That would cause new interest in already occupied locations.

who is that guy? and has he become the bitcoin prophet? @BitcoinRat when the news hits though, you will thank me, that is if you are holding onto a nice stash of BTC currently.
looks like bullish news.. what could happen @ friday > ETF ? it would make sense.. wallstreet guys dump the fuck out of bitcoin > accumilate on the way down + at the bottom > pump the fuck out of it once the etf goes live, perhaps buying out some broke mining firms before the pump that would otherwise be going out of business.. pump the shit back up and they make a fortune..

during the next bubble when the Chinese Govt and the PBoC starts up again with more threats of banning and other such nonsense.
Actually I did not come across right in my posting. I believe that the Chinese government may care about what is going on inside the exchanges, and may still crush them harder, if it turns out that they have been grossly scamming their clients, or if they try to do that in the future. Like that exchange that went poof a year or so ago, whose owners were chased down and jailed. For that to happen, I belive that several rich clients would have to lose lots of money at once. Or the exchanges try to cheat the government about taxes, money laundering, etc. However, if the exchanges are "only" slowly bleeding the small clients, by front-running, manipulating the price for pump-and-dump rides, or faking their numbers, I don't think that the government will care.

An ETF approval would be extremely bullish but just how positive price wise would a final announcement on the BitLicense be?
I can't imagine it'd be that amazing tbh?
Thoughts?

I shudder to think, because traders have dumped on every major bullish Bitcoin announcement in 2014. Don't see why this one would be any different.

Will I be glad or sad one year from now?

Hello capitulation. It all happened so fast!
It's the mining bubble collapse. I wouldn't even be surprised if the mining equipment people were involved in keeping the price high. The margins on their equipment were largely based on "Make huge $$$". Consider also that many took payments in BTC which means likely many BTC saved towards buying new equipment have suddenly seen those plans cancelled and dumped. Unfortunately there's a few positive feedback loops in mining. Plus let's not forget 19,000 bitcoins sitting out there waiting to be sold. Thanks Bitstamp.
