don't assume you know anything about me... i would indeed have another job because my job is internet based actually a lot of people i know have internet based jobs (online version of newspapers, SEO marketing, online shops, web developers,...) also 95% of things i buy, i bought on the internet...now that i think of that...there are a lot more delivery guys these days i even buy a lot of daily items online (like things that i just dont want to carry around)... the internet is my main source for information on basically everything...i guess you still get out the last version of the encyclopedia britannica if you want to know something about the latest news... ah news...i do remember the days when i read a newspaper (aka news of yesterday) anyway...it looks like you think the internet didnt change your life...why don't you try to get offline for a month or so? but not just private...also in the office...(or maybe you write from an online cafe...whatever)...also ignore everything someone looked up on the internet... so if you want to know when that movie or that opera is starting or even what is actually playing you have to call or get over there i guess since you are more or less an old person you should still be used to offline methods...but just try it of course you can use a laptop to write down your experiences...

With just a little luck, we get a dump big enough to hit $200 on Bitstamp I think it´s safe to say that those lousy 5500 coins won´t hold the price >200$ till the weekend(next day). Half of it will get pulled anyway if we get near it.

It seems that you didn´t understand the exercise. Maybe it´s because of the short attention span of the young internet generation?

Hello members,
Maybe you should stop bullshit and bearshit.
The total capitalization of bitcoin even at 10 billions USD is peanuts on the global economy scale, so forget any governments or institutions.
Bitcoin is good for B2B not mass adoption but B2B will not use it if it has not been tested extensively.
Order books don't mean shit, exchanges don't publish full order books and most raids in any directions are not placed orders.
At current market price, only professional miners charging maintenance fees and well organized traders are earning bitcoins. I don't see why they would like to change that until the next reward drop.
The biggest problem with bitcoin is that most people in today’s world don't trust themselves.

I finally got my euro order through so now I can stop being such the bear I have been the past few weeks.
Ha, I really wonder how many people do switch sentiments that way! I mean it's a known fact that people switch from bull to bear and bear to bull according to their latest trading moves (and not vice-versa!!!!!)

He switches from beartard to bulltard and vice versa quite regularly. Most of the times he's wrong though, especially be careful if he turns bulltard again then you'd better sell your coins immediately. He's the best indicator on this forum.

I already use cheapair.com for my flights paying with bitcoins but it sounds like this will allow for many other ways of paying and will give bonus miles for using bitcoins.

also 95% of things i buy, i bought on the internet...now that i think of that...there are a lot more delivery guys these days
It may come as a shock to you, but the things that you buy are still made on real farms and factories, just as they were before the internet; and they are carried by old-fashioned trucks and other physical vehicles for hundreds or thousands of miles, all the way from the source to your home. It is true that far more people buy through the internet, rather than by phone from a printed catalog or from the store; but that only affected the last mile of the delivery network, shifting some of the volume from the customer's car to the UPS or merchant's delievery van. the internet is my main source for information on basically everything...i guess you still get out the last version of the encyclopedia britannica if you want to know something about the latest news... ah news...i do remember the days when i read a newspaper (aka news of yesterday)
Oh, the internet is definitely much more efficient in many ways than telephones, books, and newspapers at carrying information. I read a lot of books and used to enjoy browsing the Britannica, but now I use Google all the time and I love Wikipedia (and have contributed several hundred articles to it). For certain professions and business, doing without the internet would indeed be a severe handicap. But the question is, how much did its increased information transmission efficiency change the world? Wikipedia put a huge store of real knowledge to the reach of everyone. Has the world become wiser, better educated, or more competent since it came up? I really wonder...

Ha, thanks for the heads-up! Yeah well, I'm quite resilient when it comes to people telling me when to buy or to sell But I love taking bitcointalk members as indicators. Remember when Shroomskit traded his 2 BTC down to 1 BTC within days last summer?
