did i miss something? >230 This pathetic micropump didn't shake 1 millimeter out of the current massive bear trend. Think long term. Think big! If you are talking about the decline from 1200 USD. Then I think that is a bit simple minded. Great things start with a BANG!, and then settle down afterwards. While you suggest perhaps the big boom and subsequent decline after as a sign of failure, i'd suggest the opposite. It's not a bubble. If it had never boomed to 1200, then it would be more a failure. Take the universe for example. The big bang. When babies are born they come out yelling at the top of their lungs. That is a good thing.

The bitcoin pump started at 70-100$ as you can see in the graph and the current trend shows you that it's about to go back to a similar price before booming again if, of course, if it will live to its true potential.

They can't handle the truth.

But why not claim the bull run started at 0.01$ and that we have to go back there before rallying again.

That is totally possible. I agree. But It's also possible it won't. It could go up again to 1200. But if it is going to go up again, why would it wait until 70 - 100? There is no reason. I thought your point was bitcoin is dead. 70-100 is possible but do you really thing all else beyond that is a bubble?

Sorry, but i cannot respond anymore. A moderator just forced a 5 days vacation on me. My beliefs were somewhat considered as being "trolling".

I got involved in 2012 and was around for the entire bubble. Your assumption that that bitcoin will reduce to pre-bubble levels is silly. first, why do you take $100 as the starting point? There was clearly a bubble a year earlier that went from ~$25 to $260 to $80, before another bubble formed. secondly - if you think $100 was a correct price, how can you look at the mainstream acceptance of bitcoin today and not recognize it to be at least 2x that of what it was then? theres a lot of resistance sub-$220, and limited upwards resistance if a bull market emerges (small plateaus around $300,$400,$600 are the only major resistance levels on a longterm chart). If the price breaks abouve $260 it could very easily go to $300 and test resistance and a trendline. Breaking that, it would be a bull market

What is with all those spikey high frequency price movements? Is that some kind of bear bot trying to hammer the price down?
It goes up and down like a sewing machine.
