This happens often when a new block is found right after the last one. The pools push an empty block header to the miners to work on before they fill the block with transactions and send the updated header to the miners.

Nice to see the price go up a little mate but I don't think we can call a 3 dollar rise a pump just yet
Obviously any rise is always good but a move that small can't be classified as a pump imo.

Greece capital controls will not affect Bitcoin. Greece leaving the eurozone will wreak havok on the markets and more likely send more people to Bitcoin.

Indeed - capital controls would be a rude awakening for the Greek people (though it is almost a Mt Gox situation - if anyone has any significant amount of Euros in a Greek bank, what the fuck are they thinking?).

Capital controls are a great ad for the value of BTC - I bet that traders are positioning for this in case BTC has a reaction similar to the Cyprus Pump.
