Good morning Vietnam Gentlemen! Price still floating around 250 USD, what can we expect today, anybody like to make a prediction? Would be great to have a pre weekend pump to 260 USD. I'm going to be watching with interest today, unfortunately haven't got any spare fiat until next weekend but I'll be buying a couple more BTC then so maybe selfishly I'd like the price to stay at 250 for a week

Sorry to repeat, but my preferred guess for the cause of the rally was the joint statement of the 5 top Chinese miners that they support an increase of the max block size to 8 MB.  The timing seemed just right...

People who actually have bitcoins don't really care about the upgrade options. It is being over-hyped by people that don't hold bitcoins and the usual alt coin trolls.

We have seen many times in the past that the bitcoin code can be forked when necessary without any impact on 99.9% of bitcoin users.

McDonalds stock doesn't swing based on an upgrade in the spices used in the McRib.

What enforcement power do they have?

If the preliminary outcome of the "Truth Committee" investigation turns out the same as the final one, then the next step is the UN vote for the country's debt. If this turns out to be the same, then the country is eligible for loan refinement and/or cancellation (in rare circumstances). Also criminal & economic charges to the parties involved will be pursued.
