What's wrong with people here? If the price returns back from green (e.g. $10) into a daily green of e.g. $2 you'e trying to tell me that it is going down by $100? If anything, this rise is very similar to that one in late 2013. You can easily see this at Bitstamp (note: I'm not saying that it will follow the same pattern). Stop with the trolling and pointless observations.

I doubt we'll see any coins cheaper than 280 for quite some time, possibly ever.  If it consolidates above 310 in the next while, we'll be good for another push upwards.

can someone tell me the difference between "parabolic rise" and "bubble". to me the first just sounds less potentially frightening but are they not ( with bitcoin at least since 21012) the same thing?

Parabolic rise: The thing that's happening now. Healthy organic growth, as mathematically assured by satoshi's magical algorithm and science.

Bubble: What happened the last time, something to be forgotten.
Use in sentence: BTC was never $1200, that was a bubble.

Was done few minutes to the close of the hour obviously to manipulate hourly charts. Didn't worked as intended as it met strong demand. Still a strong buy on dips!

The charts on daily, are already painting a nice top doji .

Never open shorts if you have a new daily top! 9 daily green candles can easily become 11 green daily candles!

It's all the idiots who were full fiat and 0 coins and were waiting for "the bottom" to go all in for momentum trade but it went up without them.  Now they're waiting on the first dip to go all in and they pray it will be as large as possible.  The absolute worst case scenario would be taking the average of the increase, $240 to $330 = 90/2 = $45, then adding that to the base = $285.  But then the huge amount of shorts + people who wanted in on dip would instantly take it back to $300.  So even in worst case scenario, you're looking at somewhere around $300 if it actually did crash, but the Chinese seem pretty set on building a $325 base.  

If I had to guess what would happen in the next 48 hours, I give it 50% chance China and the US meet at $325 and go sideways, and 50% chance China keeps pushing to god knows wherever they are going.

Tell that to the price that is keeping on going down, even as I speak. At 265 right now, I think it is safe to say that it is time for the pump to be over folks.

my reading of late 2013 was that the willy bot massively bubbled the price to about $1000 and when it popped it went all the way down to $177 over about 12 months. seems to me then low $200 after this one is actually optimistic.
unless there is new demand and not just new speculators it has to pop at some point

Hah, seems like the Chinese are resting for this madness for a bit. Makes me wonder if we settle down right at $310 levels, where are we going from there? Welp, I guess I call it a day for bulls right now.

There is no real evidence of this, and there probably never is going to be. Willy was a contributing factor of the rise, not the main or sole one.

Apparently. Just because the price is correcting itself, that does not mean that we're crashing. People around here are acting more than childish. This part needs more cleaning.
