probably the result of those with internet acccess in the country and what they know also about btc that kinda skews the results. (nothing against ghana but it may not (don't know) be a hot bed of internet use yet.

Add time span 90days and Ghana disappears.  It's not Ghana searching.  Then check cities,  it's new yorkYork,  London and Singapore.  Bank cities.

The nearest land is ~600 km away, almost due north, in Ghana, ~200 km west of Accra.

The Chinese are probably the biggest players in Bitcoin right now, but this could easily change if a major American or European investor is joining in.

Soon as our man John wins the US presidential election (funded with Bitcoin!), I'm sure Big Business will jump right in
