I am a 'newbie' on this forum and i find this very offensive  Roll Eyes

A newbie troll, a seasoned troll, they're all the same: wasting their breath, time, and energy.

I expect tomorrow. Right before or after Wallstreet trading hours. The 13th could lead to some missunderstanding as some are expecting the 11th and with no announcement on the 11th they could be mislead to believe its approved.

the newbies become a better quality since a few month...  Tongue

It's because they're not real newbies. The price has suffered a bit of a dump so seasoned, experienced bears, trolls & FUDSTERS create new accounts & come to preach impending doom & the end of bitcoin.

You should know the drill by now bro.

Well, I bought my first BTC at 14$ as an experiment, Hodled since that, survived in Gox, and have been watching this thread since the big dump in 2013. I did not want to post until another hype cycle was evident, so i bought again @900$ and decided to finally open an account here. Never wanted to spread FUD in any way, i had to deal with that shit these last years.. i really regret not buying more the first time, but i was too young and unexperienced  Grin 90% of people saying the train is going to go backwards is a troll who did a bad bet the same day of the post. The rest are ppl contrasting too much useless info, never forget the nature of bitcoin is to go up Cheesy

The reason you believe it will be the 11th is the same reason I believe it will be the 13th.

There is nothing in the SEC rules stating that a rule change cannot fall on the weekend. It states that for other things, but not for a rule change. If nothing happens Friday, the rule change is approved.

But then we would need to wait for the ETF to be approved.

I thought that too, til I saw this:

https://news.bitcoin.com/secs-first-bitcoin-etf-deadline-is-actually-march-13-not-march-11/

"The last day of the period so computed [March 11] shall be included unless it is a Saturday, Sunday, or Federal legal holiday (as defined in Rule 104), in which event the period runs until the end of the next day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or Federal legal holiday."

But then we would need to wait for the ETF to be approved.

It doesn't really matter!

If approved price will jump and there will be selling for profit taking. If rejected price will drop and there will be buying for hunting cheap bitcoins.

It doesn't really matter for the bitcoin price. What it does matter is only for bitcoin short term volatility.

ETFs need biitcoin. Bitcoin doesn't need ETFs.

There will be new ATH next week irrespective of SEC's decision!

Having better luck than me it seems. My iPhone did that thing where it moved the buttons under my finger because the keyboard was going away or whatever, and anyway, dumped my whole trade balance @1178. I've been waiting this whole time trying to get in at or below that point, even thinking, "Maybe this is a blessing in disguise" because honestly, I've never really traded before, and I'm not too good at it. So I'm just glad I know how to use a stop order, because mine just now filled @ around 1189, a loss for sure, but it's currently 1193-1196, and I have my balances balanced again and can stop stressing  Embarrassed

Hahahahahaha

I like your optimism becoin and largely I agree, except for your assertion about a new ATH for BTC next week no matter whether the ETF is approved or not.

Probably, we can confidently assert that it is pretty likely that this year there is going to be a new ATH for BTC no matter whether the ETF is approved or not.... next week is too much of a stretch.

Many are the fuck ups I have made trading bitcoin like this over the years. You live and learn to be so careful touching every damn button. Always use a computer when playing with your entire livelihood!

The pendulum swings the other way. The best efforts of trolls, bears, shorters, FUDSTERS, dumpers & we're still at $1200.
