My thoughts too but better expressed. I can't get excited about this price increase, I'm just waiting for the plop.

Looks like you are shorting  Grin

+1

I'm out now except for the first wallet of coins I mined waaaay back when it was still feasible to do so with graphics cards...

The shit is on-route to the fan IMO. Everyone can see it in mid air, everyone can see its trajectory. It might slide through without hitting the blades. It might get splattered all over the walls, floors and ceiling. Either way, it's interesting to watch.

Agreed. I've been out for a while too now...

This shit is just too confusing. How the hell is anyone supposed to see where it's going?
Sure long term is much easier. I just buy some coins from time to time and I'll sell them when I will need it.
What I know for sure is that btc is useful when you want to store value but I don't see how you can be sure to make short term profits xD

They are not sure, they are doing it for the thrill like gamblers  Wink

Please, keep in mind that even well educated guesses can get wiped out in leveraged positions, when whale out of blue dumps or buys large sum on their particular exchange, moving price 5-10% against the market. In larger picture it doesnt matter, but the disturbance is enough to force liquidate positions of such gamblers.

Thats why established investors never *bet* more than 5% of their entire portfolio on any particular deal at any time.

What's fishy is that the regular (paid?) trolls are quiet, they're not here trying to (fruitlessly) talking the price down. I don't trust this market to go up either, and I put my money where my mouth is (a while ago, so at a loss compared to current prices).

You think we can expect all time high and correction already this weekend or the trend will continue into the may? I retracted my statements earlier that this is a bull trap, however at current rate, market might overheat. And fundamental problems like Finex insolvency or scaling still werent addressed.

Consolidation lasting months could very well be the case for near future.

Its way to high to call this movement a bultrap.

If you call this a bulltrap then the whole movement in january and february is a bulltrap also.
Bitcoin is a bultrap? lol

Yes we will our correction back to 1069-1100 USD after this movement but who cares?
Its ATH time guys.

Where are the rockets?

Jesus this price.....

Really hope BFX gets USD withdrawal back so that we can know what the "real" price is.

Nobody can stop our Bitfinex exitpump combined with Altcoin FOMO AND a revived Winklevoss ETF. 1400 USD is only a matter of time. I have been calling it for weeks now. Time is now.

First of all I would like to know how do you know if BitFinex is solvent or not? They paid back all the losses their customers had due to the hack. It's more like US banks are making them problems. You still can withdraw from BitFinex in HKD and CHF. Withdrawing crypto is no problem either!

In terms of scaling debate I'm convinced that SegWit will come. It's just a question of time. Now it will be activated in Litecoin first. And when it prooves to work as good and smooth as many hope I'm sure the pressure to except it for Bitcoin will increase and Ver and Jihan will have no other choice to signal for it as well, if they don't wanna get outlawed by the community on a level you can't imagine.

The day will come when the exchange game players get drowned in a tidal wave of real demand. I don't think it's happening now but the first lappings might be occurring when you look at the ever increasing Localbitcoins action.

I think they became a bit too comfortable with the idea that there isn't a real world out there.
