What a sidewings on the charts Damn  Shocked Shocked

Can someone explain Whats going on?

Kraken has gone full retard again. I would say the house is banking big time playing some sort of margin call ping pong.

I better hope that at least all my limit orders on both sides have been correctly executed when the interface comes back.

Few days ago I lost thousands of € of easy profit because kraken didn't execute my orders showing this error:

Quote
"Your order may have failed. Please refresh the page and check your orders. Contact support if necessary."

In this moment if I try to login I can see only this:

I think it's time to sign up to an another exchange ... do you have any suggestion for an exchange that works fine?

I would call it "orchestrated accumulation of coins". The accumulator is even leaving the market to dip so he can get the order books to his liking before proceeding to buy. I don't know who he is / who they are, but they do have pretty deep pockets Tongue
Isn't it obvious that it is Roger Ver and his buddies manipulating the market? South Korea anyone? Cheesy

FULL on-chain "scaling" is absolutely ridiculous. What's next? enable micropayments also on-chain? TX's of less than 1cent being replicated over thousands of full nodes and stored for centuries? Ridiculous.
Which shows just how stupid the people in support of that actually are.

I'll hold both and wait.
You will be left holding bags. Dump in time. Wink

You can't buy bitcoins with bitcoins (because that's what ver has). You need cash. Billions. Lots of billions. And billionaires (or funds) have that sort of cash to take the market from 1k->2k->3k->4k->5k, etc.

Cool. Just caught the dip and bought $1000CAD worth when it was below $4kUSD.

It can go up now.  Cool

Got A Nice amount of fiat as wel ready to buy the dip , But Allmost thinking of buying BTH in Its run Haha
BUT no stick with my original plan buy A Nice dip of btc only thinking to buy now or want A little Huh Huh Any suggestions ?
Seems like this BCH train is a nice ride to have... for now. Sadly I missed its last halt so I will just go sleep and check where both trains are tomorrow Smiley
Doubt BCH pump will end there though...
Me either. It now 18days, BCH is now taking the third position in market and currently BCH have been extremely bullish. Besides, it also gain the attention of people including the miners due to it profitable to mine.

People that buy BCH with bitcoins or fiat, even as a speculative short term play, are not in their right mind. Very soon they'll be introduced to the concept of bagholding!

i sure don't buy only trying to find the time to sell like 25-40 percent or something

Neatly stated! This is what I meant in my previous post where I mentioned fresh money going to enter the system. That money isn't going to be Ver&co.

https://bitcoinwisdom.com/markets/kraken/btceur

And exactly for this is why you guys should always leave a bunch of conditional limit orders on Kraken. That way the house isn't the only one banking on their own mess. Not sure if they do it intentionally or not though.

Finally my limit orders did execute, whereas last couple of times they didn't, even tho the charts on bitcoinwisdom said they should've.

That sure was some strange action on Kraken. Huge spread and the price bouncing up and down by 8%.

isn´t it a problem that there are miners hasing at 90% of the BCH network??
what about the 51% attacks which we have feared in the BTC past?

The 90% of mining is probably the miner who would 51% Bitcoin if they had the chance so they're not going to 51% themselves.

but then that miner can manipulate the BCH-system?

So I guess the pumping, which comes most likely from Korea, is one big manipulation from the miner which will dump his own coins to his own price when time is right...
awsome!

They are making a move for control and i am surprised people are just dismissing this so lightly. There are millions of $ changing hands here (over $3 billion volume). What happens if mining BCH is 2X or more profitable than BTC and the other miners jump ship on mass? .
Im getting really tired of bitcoin as a whole. Never ending drama which will imo eventually kill it.

The original economic code that led to Bitcoin's great success is alive and well in the form of #BitcoinCash. Watch what happens next:

If a small group can affect the bitcoin market like this, what chance has it long term against bigger players?

Bitcoin is still going strong. I am buying some stuff from Amazon right now.

The price is down a couple percent from this morning but still a pretty decent price. The only thing bcash accomplished today was holding off another bitcoin ATH this weekend.

Ever thought that's exactly how They want you to feel?

The Bitcoin market is still laughably thin. Anyone with the means can fully fuck with it.

Unless humans can be removed from it, I don't think it's going to end up how it was originally planned to be.
