the east has gotten over this hump and is flying away upwards. i wonder how big the gap is gonna be before it snaps shut? it could get ridiculously huge until the dollarites get over themselves.

Puh, that's a steep wall on Bitstamp: https://www.bitstamp.net/market/tradeview/

That wall was 1200 coins high at $10000 since yesterday. However either someone just pulled 200 coins out of it or they were bought. It's dropped to 1000 coins high now. I suspect it's fake, and most of it will get pulled soon.

Sometimes it shows other times it doesn't. Have tried imugr as well. All seem unreliable.

$100 down on Coinmarketcap in minutes. Was to be expected I guess. It will probably float around this range for a bit and warp upwards soon.

Actually, I think we're in the "my-it-computer-cousin-was-talking-about-that-bitcoin-thing-again-at-Thankgiving-like-he-was-a-few-years-ago-that-I-could-have-given-two-shits-about-back-then-but-I-saw-the-price-recently-and-holy-shit-I-need-to-panic-buy-some-so-I-can-get-rich-overnight-I-don't-even-know-what-this-shit-is-but-omg-the-FOMO-is-real" phase.   Roll Eyes

Surely those two phases are not mutually exclusive.

No, no, we´re much further:

Awakening phase. check.
Smart money phase. check.

At this price a $100 movement is just noise. In a few years time a $1000 movement will be just noise, and when one bitcoin is one million dollars a ten thousand dollar movement will be just noise.

I think it dropped because of a bcash pump.

Jihan Wu probably sees my memes here, gets pissed off and switches the Antpool to mine a bit more BCash for a while.

Still can’t believe we’ve gone up three thousand in just the last month. Wild times, regret selling in the past like everyone as hindsight is 20/20 but still happy that I have the coins I have. We’re also in the adoption phase which is the best part Smiley
