Yeah - I sent the BTG from Coinomi to Bittrex and even with passport etc, I could still only take out up to 0.4 BTC a day.   Yuk!

Really? Are you enhanced? I've got like a 100 BTC limit.

I only got to first level.  I didn't see upper level even after I sent passport, maybe they didn't like my passport pic!

I love it. Think about that: Noobs (not stupid people, but not familiar with this space, and are worth trillions), coming in now, wanting to participate.
So, one bitcoin, we want a whole one (however that makes sense, or not !), is 16000 USD. Well, you have to start somewhere. Aw, fck, i´m in !

. . . . . .   Smiley

The banks panicking and trying to walk back the futures decision just underlines the threat they feel...people are getting it

So is it virtual USD?

It's real KRW and unless you can open a Korean bank account, and you can't, you don't get to play with it.

There's also a very real chance that even if you could arb this, you'd end up buying higher after long confirmation times and 3 day wire transfer.

It's been like it for a long arse time, this is from 2015 - https://medium.com/cryptonight/investigating-the-great-korean-bitcoin-arbitrage-opportunity-32e4e547a730

If it could be cracked it would've been.

WTF is the deal with these korean exchanges, are they a new hub for chinese money or something like that?

They're starting to realize that Rogers Bcash is the fake Bitcoin.

At the beginning of 2017, I was guessing that we'd end the year somewhere between $1600-1800/btc.

Only missed it by a factor of 10.  Tongue

Of course in hindsight, all the bullshit, shake outs, fake outs, upgrade blockades, flippenings, etc. now all make perfect sense.

They knew that far in advance.

wow, it's been ages since I've seen Buddy.

Here are a couple of classics... 2 consecutive 1 hour MtGox Chartbuddies from the day the Silk Road got busted, an hour of market panic and an hour of immediate recovery... from over $130 all the way down to $110 and right back up again all in less than 2 hours.

This was a defining moment in Bitcoin's history... when it was proven once and for all that Bitcoin was more than just "criminal drug money".

It also served as the starting point for the 4th great Bitcoin bubble, the one that Willybot took to $1.1k in late 2013.

It's a slaughterhouse in the Altcoins markets. Sea of red ink, down 20-40% daily in regard to BTC. The extent of this actually was never seen before, and a lot of week hands holding alts were shaken. Poor old altcoin traders.
