Dammit!!! Wait, are they actually using a toaster? On their official failure page? Never noticed before. No. I did that in anger. with GiMP. and anger. There isn't even much activity and it's chokes! PS I'm not in Marseille either; that would give me a whole 'nother reason to be angry. to my complete surprise about 10 minutes ago I logged into my kraken account and ... everything went flawlessly! every keystroke a winner! was through with may daily withdrawal in about 90 sec! compared to up to several cursing angry hours. even verification seems to work now! it is like a whole new world out there. not kidding.

Are there a list of these brokers? Specifically in the UK?
Try Coinfloor. Their OTC page says it's institutional only but they do private people too. Lots of people seem to have used them. The two biggest are probably Genesis Trading, which is Barry Silbert's operation, and Cumberland Mining. They may well have GBP clients waiting too as it's all case by case. Genesis Trading only do trades above 25 BTC last time I checked. Itbit does a lot of it too. Good to know - I actually signed up for Coinfloor way back, but never used it. Good to know OTC is possible.

Single digits in 3 hours, is what I heard. Seemed legit. confirmed At least with single digit valuation BTC will have low usd cost fees again. Though proportional to the btc value sent, it would still be horrible! Also the mempool would still get clogged /:

You know what’s hilarious ? That tiny dip would have just missed triggering a trading halt under CME rules. Wall Street traders going to spend most of their time sitting in the naughty corner.

Yes, it started happening this morning (CET time)... absolutely incredible after having been unable to even cancel my standing orders for a couple days. As I have been bashing Kraken here for the past few days, I feel obliged to say now that it seems the situation has improved greatly. Maybe they finished their promised upgrade. Donno, let's see if it lasts. OTH, during this ridiculous situtation I managed (not without lots of pain and frustration) to withdraw more than half of my trading assets there... And not moving it back. Will keep using it with the remaining though..... until it sucks again.

So latecomers get a little rekt for Christmas. That's cool. I guess it builds character. Strippers need more character.
