in all seriousness - how? it's crypto. one of it's features is it's specifically uncontrolled. what are they going to do, make laws? ok, well, those only apply in that country, and good luck enforcing it outside of there. short of literally having global agreement even more inclusive than the paris agreement, real regulation, globally, seems impossible to me.
